From a technical point of view, we agreed on the details made very clearly, given that the boxes and blinds under the facade were such an important thing. In terms of price, she presented the best offer after some discussion. As for the contract, we have had to exchange it a few times, but on the other hand, I understand to some extent the prudence of the company. I would not hesitate for the next construction, etc., and always contacted spol. Alma, to make us an offer.

My experience with Almma is very good. I needed to come up with a way to divide the apartment into two separate parts with the possibility of temporarily locking the dividing blind on both sides and then simply sliding it out again and using the apartment as a whole. Both the technical solution and the appearance, which would not disturb the interior, the employees of this company willingly and patiently dealt with me and the result was successful. We have had experience with Almma from the past, when years ago we needed to shade two western windows. We were satisfied with the result, although after two years there were problems with the material used for the guide wheels of the blinds. The company promptly repaired both outdoor blinds, so today, after more than thirteen years, the blinds still serve to our satisfaction. Therefore, in February this year, we decided to address the Almma company again with a request to shade the east windows with FINALM outdoor blinds. The response was prompt, followed by targeting and assembly. Everything went quickly and without problems. We are satisfied with the result and we believe that these blinds will also serve us for a long time.

We have from Almma s.r.o. motorized window blinds on three windows (installed in April and June 2020), are in the period of shorter days (approximately October to April), used virtually every day and without problems. We have from other companies have been rolling garage doors for a long time and when new, so we will definitely contact ALMMA.

Unfortunately, I do not have the same positive experience. Gold is not all that glitters. According to the company's technician, the latter installed a window blind for us at a price of approximately CZK 14,000. I assume that this is not possible after such a time and there was either an error in quality or in a poorly chosen technical solution / apparently there should have been a winch on the crank or belt control /. But it was suggested by a company technician during a free visit ..... The repair will cost about CZK 6,500, including transport, ie almost half of the purchase price. In addition, we will be almost 3 weeks in the dark, the repair will be possible for this price in 18 days and the blind remained in the "retracted" position. Attention, consider the availability of any service or compare the length of the warranty period and the price of the repair with the competition. That this is not a solution I still assumed, but 3 years are cruelly few. I'm sorry I can't add a better comment, unfortunately I didn't think about the above and got ripped off by the offer on the website. Bingo! So it's 4 hours after I wrote the review above. For a long time, I was not as pleasantly surprised as the company's reactions today. I wish there were more of them. Very decent! Very accommodating! Dear, hat ....! We agreed that the situation described above is really not normal for the company and that there was probably an error during the installation and probably during the subsequent communication. The company has faced this, I will not be in the dark for 3 weeks, the repair will take place next week and for a symbolic price against the one I originally accepted when ordering the repair.
