I hate to add bad reviews if it's not really necessary. Unfortunately, the company ran so far with me that it is not possible to fool other customers ... The website operates professionally, so I also visited this studio. Mr. Managing Director understands his job, can negotiate with people, gains your confidence that even after signing the contract we will agree ... Attention! The contract for work is unclear, with errors, intended only for its benefit! Nowhere is the date of production, if you can not prepare the construction, does not guarantee anything and only wants his money !! Although he only had to spend with me on the visualization and technical drawing of the kitchen (in which, by the way, they were fundamentally wrong in the length of the wall and therefore in the length of the kitchen and the appliances already designed there)! Not only was he not going to agree on a fair termination of his co-operation, he not only had over 100,000, - a deposit from me, he also demanded a contractual penalty of 30% for termination of the contract! Managing Director Mucka is an egocentrist who is not interested in customer satisfaction and it is very sad for "luxurious interiors". I will comment on the response of Mr. Managing Director .. I did not make any fundamental changes in the project, I was aware that "first of all, it is necessary to determine the masses and not to move them anymore", which I kept. I just wanted to replace the door closed with glazed .. :-) I think that disagreements can occur in both partner and business relations, but in both cases it is important to agree on both sides to mutual satisfaction, therefore to charge the existing costs and to break up friendly . What Mr Mucka is now asking for is unjust enrichment, I strongly recommend to all people not to deposit most of the money from the order on account when production is out of sight!

I have already realized the interior of apartments and houses three times and I have always been satisfied with the services provided and the precise processing of the furniture. The cooperation was not only about the production of furniture, but about the needs of the client, about the design of the interior itself down to the smallest details up to delivery, assembly or subsequent service. I can highly recommend it in this, especially Mrs. Maria Trýsková, who has always willingly and professionally complied with all requirements for modifications of furniture or interior designs.

The company Alnus, made the complete interior of the room… from the beginning of the meeting was seen to have over 25 years of experience. The quality of work performed by all employees was at a high level. And that's why when we bought a new apartment this year, we entrusted it to Alnus. Which will make a complete transformation of the interior… I can only warmly recommend this company.

People who know what they are doing, from Mr. Múčka's designs through quality production to the final assembly, the negotiations were absolutely problem-free in terms of money and all the negotiations in general. Before the assembly, I got the opportunity to go to Strážnice to see for myself what the furniture (actually a lot of furniture) and the kitchen would look like, or I could still think about some modifications, but there was no reason, because as we said, it was. Of course, shortly after settling in, I immediately rubbed the door, one phone was enough, and in a week I had a new one. I would like to thank everyone for their approach and work, thank you Kučera.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Muček from the company Alnus that Stražnice in Moravia for excellent work and approach, which is so often not seen, for the implementation of kitchen units both in Prague in Petřiny and in the new house in Prague 4, Šeberov. We have been cooperating with the Alnus company for over 20 years. The first acquaintance was at the furniture exhibition in Pag, where we were interested in the exhibited bedroom, which we ordered and we still use it and it is still like new. Three years ago, when choosing furniture for a new apartment, we accidentally came across the company Alnus and we were taken in by Mr. Múčka, the company's managing director. We have entrusted the company with the equipment of the entire apartment, including a kitchen unit, including all furnishing items, complete equipment of the living room and bedroom, entrance hall and corridor, all including lighting and home textiles. The year before, we used the company for a complete reconstruction of two bathrooms in a family house, again including furniture and other furnishings and lighting. We must say that the company completely met our expectations, great dealings with the company's CEO, Mr. Múčka, we must appreciate the perfect work of Mrs. Trýsková, the company's designer, who created a pleasant environment in all rooms. We also praise the furniture production and the team of assembly workers. Perfect communication works with the company, they immediately respond to every question and solve it.
