Nikdy více. Velice neprofesionální jednání s neodbornými znalostmi. Prozákaznický přístup nulový a reklamační oddělení příšerné! Ceny velice, ale velice přemrštěné, jelikož kvalitu za touhle ,,značkou” fakt nehledejte. Opravdu jen naleštěná bída, příště raději zvolím prověřený Cartier, nebo podpořím šikovného zlatníka. ALO jedním slovem HRŮZA!!
Never more. Very unprofessional dealing with unprofessional knowledge. Customer Service Zero and Complaints Department Terrible! Prices are very, but very exorbitant, since don't look for the quality behind this "brand". Really just polished misery, next time I choose a trusted Cartier, or support a smart goldsmith. ALO in one word CREATE !!

Souhlasím s předchozími recenzemi! Pokud nastane nějaký problém se šperkem reklamace vám neprojde, raději z vás udělají podvodníka... Arogantní lživá firma bez zájmu o zákazníka....Naprosto nedoporučuji!!
I agree with previous reviews! If there is a problem with the jewelry, the complaint will not pass you, they would rather make you a cheater ... Arrogant lying company without interest in the customer .... I absolutely do not recommend !!

Obísť veľkým oblúkom. Nedokážu normálne komunikovať so zákazníkom, nevracajú peniaze za produkt, ktorý nechcete, nie sú schopní si založiť normálny e-shop. A to len preto, aby spotrebiteľ nebol chránený ako pri internetovom predaji. Čo som ale ešte v živote nevidel, povedali mi, aby som najskôr poslal peniaze na účet, a až keď im peniaze prídu, tak mi napíšu kedy a kde šperk dostanem. (Bez faktúry, bez ničoho) Dovtedy žiadne detaily. Keďže som ani po opakovanom dotazovaní netušil či si pre šperk mám ísť do Bruntálu o polnoci v sobotu, alebo mi ho za 15 minút donesie kuriér do obývačky, samozrejme som z "transakcie" vycúval. Keď náhodou budete z nejakého dôvodu musieť s týmto obchodom niečo riešiť, platťe len vtedy ak budete mať produkt v ruke. A ak budú skúšať na Vás triky ako na mňa, skúste im to navrhnúť v opačnom garde. Že nech najskôr pošlú šperk oni, a keď Vám príde domov, tak až potom sa im ozvete ako zaplatíte. Ale hlavne im neprezraďte, či tie peniaze dostanú v šekovej forme Indonézskej banky, alebo im zaplatíte poukazom na nákup ortopedickej obuvy. To všetko sa dozvedia pekne až potom, keď to budete mať v rukách. Každopádne, dúfal som, že toto je len skrat jednej pobočky, kde nejakou nešťastnou náhodou pracuje niekto, kto dúfa, že ľudia budú mu posielať peniaze za veci, o ktorých nevedia, či ich vôbec uvidia, tak som teda napísal mail priamo spoločnosti Alo.cz. A teda po ich odpovedi som skoro spadol zo stoličky. Vraj k tomuto prístupu ich núti súčasný núdzový stav. Čakal by som čokoľvek iné, ale toto je už moc. Za takýto prístup si ani tú jednu hviezdičku nezaslúžite
Bypass the big arc. They can't communicate normally with the customer, they don't return money for a product you don't want, they can't set up a normal e-shop. And only so that the consumer is not protected as in online sales. But what I have never seen in my life, they told me to send the money to the account first, and only when the money comes to them will I write when and where I will get the jewelry. (No invoice, no nothing) No details until then. Since I had no idea after the repeated questioning whether I should go to Bruntál at midnight on Saturday for the jewel, or a courier would bring it to my living room in 15 minutes, of course I backed out of the "transaction". If, for some reason, you have to deal with this store for some reason, pay only if you have the product in hand. And if they try tricks on you like me, try to suggest it to them in the opposite guard. That they should send the jewelry first, and when it comes to your home, only then will you contact them as to how you will pay. But most importantly, don't tell them if they will get the money in the check form of the Bank of Indonesia, or you will pay them with a voucher to buy orthopedic shoes. They will find out all this nicely only when you have it in your hands. Anyway, I was hoping that this was just a shortcut to one branch, where by some unfortunate accident someone works who hopes that people will send him money for things they don't know or will see at all, so I wrote an email directly to Alo. cz. So after their answer, I almost fell out of my chair. It is said that the current state of emergency forces them to take this approach. I would expect anything else, but this is too much. You don't deserve even that one star for such an approach

So sorry to anounce that ALO DIAMONDS COMPANY is the worst to deal with when a client faces a problem and asks for a sulution.... It would be compared with very cheap shops which sometimes clients provide a better customer service than ALO DIAMONDS company.

Terrible customer service. I had a ring that lost two stone. After resisting Alo agreed to replace them. But the new stone where cloudy and several shade lighter then the original stones.
