S	Simona Indrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Braly jsme 4nove spotřebiče na doporučení truhláře který nám dělal kuchyň a kybych osobně věděla jaká bude spolupráce tak si objednané určitě jinde hned při zapojení a instalace nových spotřebičů se reklamovala vestavěná trouba kůly hluku který dělala při spuštění a přímo ten den jsem prosila majitele o výměnu madla u nové kuchynske linky který od výroby byl obouchany stím že pošle nové po technikovi až přijede na troubu.Asi po měsíci na ní přijel technik kouknout co by to mohlo dělat ale o madlu ke kuchyni nic nevěděl a že to pripomene dalších 14 dní trval díl který přijel vyměnit i potom bez madla stím že se druhý den zastaví když trouba chladla tak divné pískala ale to už sem radši neřešila přijel druhý den s dvěma madly ale samozřejmě to byla varianta třetí a ta se prý musela objednat s tím že se někdo staví to pak vyměnit uběhli 3 měsíce a nic včera jsem nechala opět vzkaz na záznamníku jelikož nebere nikdo telefon .Takže za mne opravdu katastrofa ! After about a month the technician came to see what it could do but he didn't know anything about the kitchen handle and that it reminds us of another 14 days he came to replace it even without a handle with the fact that it stops the next day when the oven was so cold weird whistled but she preferred not to solve it the next day with two handles but of course it was the third variant and it was supposed to be ordered with someone building it then 3 months have passed to replace and nothing yesterday I left a message on the answering machine again because no one is answering the phone. So really a disaster for me!
F	Frenkys Dix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neštěstí.. Dala jsem tam na opravu dva vysavače s tím, že do 14 dnů budou hotové, že se ozvou a kdyby oprava měla být nákladnější, opravář zavolá. Po měsíci jsem tam volala a paní mi sdělila, že na jednom vysavači je v háji kabel a na druhém motor. Nekomentovala jsem, že mi nikdo nezavolal a že po měsíci stále nemam nic opravené a domluvily jsme se, že na nový motor kašlu, ať mi opraví pouze kabel na druhém vysavači. Bylo pondělí a paní tvrdila, že ve středu nebo ve čtvrtek bude hotovo. Opět žádný telefon, tak ve čtvrtek volám, jestli je opraveno.. paní že nevi, že se zeptá a dá vědět... Dnes už je to opět týden a nikdo nevolal.. si dělají kozy, ne? ? Unfortunate .. Today it is again a week and no one called .. they do goats, right? ?

Nikde nezmiňují pozastavení provozu v době karantény, musím tedy tedy předpokládat že firma funguje. Simple demand for hood service. A	Adéla Votočková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se podělit o svoji zkušenost a to jedině v dobrém slova smyslu!! Odešla nám myčka nádobí, chvíli jsem hledala na netu servis, který by nám myčku opravil. Neměla jsem žádné zkušenosti s nikým. Narazila jsem na Alpha servis Lanškroun. Zavolala jsem, popsala jsem závadu -za týden už byl u nás servisní technik. Bohužel myčka by se již nevyplatila opravovat. Po domluvě jsem si nechala zaslat nabídku na jiné myčky, ty jsme vybrali - do týdne tu byl znova technik vše nám nainstaloval, vysvětlil, ukázal. Musím jen poděkovat všem od paní na telefonu velice příjemná, ochotná, přes servisního technika velice slušné vystupování až po pána, který s námi komunikoval přes email. Ještě jednou díky - už vím kam se budu obracet až se něco pokazí.-) I have to share my experience and only in a good way !! We left the dishwasher, for a while I searched the net for a service that would repair our dishwasher. I had no experience with anyone. I came across Alpha servis Lanškroun. I called, I described the problem - in a week we had a service technician. Unfortunately, the dishwasher would no longer be worth repairing. After an agreement, I had an offer sent to other dishwashers, we chose them - within a week there was again a technician who installed everything for us, he explained, he showed. I just have to thank everyone from the lady on the phone very pleasant, helpful, through the service technician very decent demeanor to the gentleman who communicated with us via email. Thanks again - I already know where I will go when something goes wrong.-)
