We have gone through several construction companies and we are glad that we finally decided for Altabix. The term did not meet the deadline (about a month slip), but we can not complain about the work done and the whole communication during the construction. We most appreciate the fact that they have approached our project from the very beginning just as if they were building it for themselves. This has saved us a lot of money.

With Altabix we designed a house for our family. Communication was excellent and even seemingly more complicated things were explained to us in detail and very simply. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Mr. Executive does not have time to solve anything forever, on the other hand he also has no problem promising you anything (unfortunately it will only remain with the promise). The buildings are delayed by several months, which according to the company is in order. They avoid contractual penalties, trying to push undiscussed points into amendments to contracts. We took the project documentation out of the company after 3 months, after several bad attempts, after 3/4 year. They do not inform the investor's construction supervision sufficiently in advance about their steps. Ours received information a few hours in advance that a change had taken place and the foundations would be concreted that day. Fortunately, the supervisor had the opportunity to come and find out that the designed reinforcements were not prepared on the construction site (they were not even entered into production) and the tests required by the designer were not even performed. The company commented that this was said to be unnecessary and oversized. By insisting on meeting the project documentation, we got into another time delay, in which we found out that the company has not studied our project at all and actually has no idea what it contains compared to their standard (which, by the way, also lacks a ceiling wreath) . Furthermore, they do not comply with the valid legislation, the construction sites, even after our repeated urging, have not been marked with a building permit and so far we and our supervisor have not seen the established construction diary. So, shortly after a year after concluding the contract, Altabix was only able to dig a hole in the ground and incompletely process the project documentation (they had a bad agreement with the designer and only had a building permit project created, which lacked, for example, lightning conductors and electrical). Of course, he tries to reimburse all his mistakes and the work sold to the investor. When withdrawing from the contract due to non-performance, they even try to scare off severance pay, to which they have no right. If this is not enough for you, try to call a few construction supervisors and construction companies operating in and around Ostrava - unfortunately, we found out late that they are already known in the construction world. If you still decide to build with Altabix, I recommend getting a high-quality construction supervision, which is available at any time, as well as strong nerves, reckon with the fact that the contracted price is far from final and have a lawyer on hand from the beginning.
