Vřele doporučuji ! Nespokojila se se zasláním nabídky emailem, ale osobně nám přijela představit možnosti, propočítat roční náklady na jednotlivé varianty a zodpovědět všechny naše dotazy. Instalaci námi vybraného změkčovače (COMFORT 300) zajistila u velmi šikovného instalatéra. Moc děkujeme za měkkou vodu! Mrs. Zábojová, Managing Director of ALTAMORE s r.o., impressed us at the very first meeting. She was not satisfied with sending the offer by e-mail, but she personally came to present the possibilities, calculate the annual costs of the individual variants and answer all our questions. The installation of our chosen softener (COMFORT 300) was provided by a very handy plumber. Thank you very much for the soft water!

Se změkčovačem (eVolution Boost 400) nemáme téměř žádné usazeniny na sanitární keramice, vodovodních bateriích apod. V kuchyni máme studenou vodu neupravenou, teplá voda je měkká – jedině tady musíme čistit sítko baterie, která, včetně dřezu a okolí, je na tom s usazeninami hůř, ale stále je to komfort. Majitelka firmy je velice ochotná. Po zapojení instalatérem se ještě tentýž den ráno nabídla, že odpoledne přijede, změkčovač nastaví a vše vysvětlí. Kromě doplňování soli o změkčovači vůbec nevíme. Jsme naprosto spokojeni. We have been using a plasticizer from Altamore for about 1 year. We have hard, well water. With the softener (eVolution Boost 400) we have almost no deposits on sanitary ware, faucets, etc. In the kitchen we have untreated cold water, hot water is soft - only here we have to clean the strainer, which, including the sink and the surrounding area, is on it with deposits worse, but it's still comfort. The owner of the company is very helpful. After being connected by a plumber, she offered to come in the afternoon that morning, adjust the softener and explain everything. Apart from adding salt, we don't know about plasticizers at all. We are completely satisfied.
