Waren dort haben uns vom Inhaber Beraten lassen, welcher komplett desinteressiert war und wollten ein Angebot, für Fenster und Türen für ein Mehrfamilienhaus (5Wohnungen). Er versprach uns das Angebot binnen 2 Wochen zu mailen, aber über ein Monat später, trotz zusätzlich erneuter Nachfrage per Mail, kein Angebot und keine Antwort. - Möchte gar nicht wissen, wie unzuverlässig die dann erst bei der Montage und Lieferung sind!! - Äußerst unseriöses Geschäftsverhalten.
Completely unreliable operation! Were there to advise us from the owner, who was completely uninterested and wanted an offer for windows and doors for an apartment building (5 apartments). He promised to email us the offer within 2 weeks, but over a month later, despite additional email requests, no offer and no response. - I don’t want to know how unreliable they are when they are assembled and delivered !! - Extremely dubious business behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Panem Výletem z Aluplastu Kaplice mám velmi špatnou zkušenost. K zaměstnancům se chová velmi arogantně. Většinou je nachytá na práci např. obchodního zástupce. Nechá dělat práci kterou zrovna potřebuje, např. vysklívání oken bez ochranných pomůcek hned první den při nástupu do práce. Takovouto zkušenost má hned několik známých, kteří na pana Výleta také měli tu smůlu. Rozhodně bych si u něj nekoupil ani tmel do okna.
I have a very bad experience with Mr. Trip from Aluplast Kaplice. He treats employees very arrogantly. He is usually caught up in the work of, for example, a sales representative. He lets the work he needs to do, such as glazing windows without protective equipment on the first day he starts work. Several acquaintances who have the misfortune of Mr. Výlet have such an experience. I would definitely not buy a window sealant from him.
