I am not satisfied and if I had the experience I have today in building a swimming pool, I would definitely not choose a roofing from Alukov. There is a gap of almost a centimeter between the running rail and the roof, which is not covered by anything. Through this gap, the wind blows leaves into the pool, cut grass, flowers from the trees, just about everything, moreover, a cold wind blows this way in the cold season. I originally thought that the installers had forgotten to assemble something, so I turned to Alukov and learned that "the gap is purposeful due to the unevenness of the ground and thanks to it, the running rails can withstand minor unevenness". Then I learned that they had found a solution and for CZK 8,700 without VAT, they additionally rivet rubber strips. I refused, because in my opinion it should have been there from the beginning, the roofing was relatively expensive and not added extra for an additional fee. A friend had the pool roofed by the Alupol company, the roofing was significantly cheaper and the side hoaxes are beautifully solved with a bar from the factory. No leaves from the garden can get into the pool, nor does heat escape from the pool. For example, they have already eliminated this problem with Alukov, but before you order anything from them, check how they have solved this important detail. I neglected it and now it has annoyed me for two years now, whenever I'm in the pool and I see the gaps through which I look outside and the flowers of the surrounding trees float on the surface. Edit: After the company's reaction to the negative review, I called them and I was very pleasantly surprised. So far, it looks like they have faced the problem, I promise that the technician will come for an inspection and the roof will be converted to a facelift version. That would be great, because in the current state, even in winter, I have to hunt leaves from the winter pool from time to time. If the company repairs the roofing as promised, I will have to take a deep breath, because the hand on the heart of companies that are facing problems with their products is like saffron today. Usually, as the customer pays, the interest in him fades. I will inform about further developments. Edit 2: The end is good, everything is good. First a technician came to see it, then an assembly car arrived and beautiful rails with rubber flags were mounted on the existing roof, all under the direction of the Alukov company. This will reduce my lot of work with pool maintenance and will significantly increase the functionality of the roof. I believe that this will also extend the season of use, because the roof will be better protected against the penetration of cold from the outside, especially at the end of the season when night temperatures drop significantly. Thank you to the company, I am finally happy with the roofing and I am adjusting the evaluation according to the current state.
