Pure beautiful .... grandma and grandpa are very satisfied here

even these disabled people need a place where they will be taken care of and will not get lost anywhere

EXPERIENCE FROM ALZHEIMER CENTER - OSTRAVA SYLLABOVA It looked nice at first and we thought it would be the best place for our grandfather. They welcomed us and behaved nicely at the reception, but with each new (pre-announced) visit, it only got worse. At first, bruises began to appear. We asked the staff what they were made of. There was always an answer like - WE DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING, I'M NEW HERE, I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYTHING, and it was like this for about two months. We wanted to talk to the head nurse, but since she wasn't there, we at least talked to the station, who pretended to be sorry, but let it go, and it didn't work out. As we left, we saw Grandpa walking down the hall and noticed that he had a fresh wound on his head that no one had noticed before. The station didn't look surprised, and all she was dealing with at the time was that my grandfather had dirty hands. It all culminated in our grandfather being attacked by another client from the center and NO ONE CALLED US. We found out by chance at one of the visits two days later. The incident happened on Monday. They immediately called an ambulance because Grandpa was bleeding on his head and had a bruise under his eye. An ambulance took him for a CT scan of his brain and an X-ray of his spine. NO ONE CALLED US. We were visiting on Wednesday and noticed an injury. When we asked what happened to him, the nurse still irritably asked if we really didn't know… Thank God, Grandpa has no consequences. We thought the release would be fine. Error. At the paperwork, the nurse told us that we had to wait for a colleague, because she was doing it for the first time. In the end, she handed us the papers herself. INCOMPLETE. There was information in the papers that had long been out of date and described the grandfather's condition on admission and not release (his condition had changed during that time). Three papers were missing, and when the station finally brought them to us after half an hour, she looked as if she was bothering her terribly. The clothes they handed over to us did not belong to our grandfather at all, they lost our sandals and low shoes (he had to leave in slippers), they did not hand over the towel and packed things in a foreign bag containing a foreign client's wallet and slip. When we finally got all the papers, all the staff left and didn't even escort us out. We didn't expect a heartbreaking farewell, but if we took another client away, they wouldn't even notice it… This is part of the experience of a three month stay in a private facility…
