The service in the restaurant is not much. Slow and inattentive. Everything took a long time and although there were few people here, we waited for a drink for about 15 minutes.

Proto tím to apeluji na vedení o nápravu péče dodržování svobod klientů i přes jejich věk či nemoc. Inattentive and Czech-non-speaking staff who follow only the time schedule and negligence at the request of clients, which is non-contributory and selfish compared to clients and Czech-speaking employees. Znám i jiná zařízení, kde není vše tak neosobní, např. rehabilitaci maminky jsme museli 3 x urgovat, zubní protézu nemá hotovou snad 4 měsíce ... For that money very average. I also know other facilities where not everything is so impersonal, for example, we had to urge the rehabilitation of my mother 3 times, the denture has not been finished for perhaps 4 months ...
