Obývala maličký pokojík se střešním okénky, na patře nebyla sesterna, pokoj nebyl vybaven zvonek na přivolání pomoci, lékařka údajně jezdila jednou týdně a při té kapacitě domova nemohla stihnout obejít všechny klienty a nebyla možnost se jí dovolat. Maminka se rapidně zhoršila. Zemřela na zanedbanou péči.
 My mom was here for two and a half months. She lived in a small room with skylights, there was no nurse on the floor, the room was not equipped with a bell to call for help, the doctor allegedly went once a week and at that capacity she could not bypass all clients and she was not able to call her. Mom deteriorated rapidly. She died of neglected care.
