★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voňavá káva, bublání vířivky, jiskření čerstvě napadaného sněhu - první tři věci, jež si spojím s pobytem v tomto úžasném hotelu. Rádi se do Desné vrátíme znovu, během pobytu nám nic nechybělo, ani jsme nestihli využít vše, co hotel nabízí.
 Fragrant coffee, bubbling whirlpools, sparkles of freshly fallen snow - the first three things I will combine with my stay in this amazing hotel. We will be happy to return to Desná again, we did not miss anything during the stay, nor did we manage to use everything the hotel has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni krásný a klidný místo. Pán na recepci vše při příjezdu vysvětlil co se týče ubytování poradil nám i kam se pěšky vydat na výlety. Obsluha restaurace příjemná a velmi ochotná. Kuchař vaří výborná a skvělá jídla.Wellness v pořádku. Jediný co bylo tak při příjezdu se netopilo v pokoji ale po telefonátu s recepcí se vše rychle napravilo takže super. Takže se rádi vrátíme a děkujeme za pobyt??
We were very pleased with the stay beautiful and quiet place. The gentleman at the reception explained everything on arrival in terms of accommodation and advised us where to go on foot on trips. The restaurant staff is pleasant and very helpful. The chef cooks excellent and great food. Wellness okay. The only thing that happened on arrival was not drowning in the room, but after the phone call with the reception, everything was fixed quickly, so great. So we will be happy to return and thank you for your stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé místo pro aktivní dovolenou v Jizerkách. Hotel je posazený úplně v lese, takže fakt klídek. Měli jsme polopenzi a snídaně byly bohaté - slané, sladké, ovoce, zelenina… každý si přijde na své. Večeře výběr z 2 chodů + polívka a vždy moc dobré. Wellness samo o sobě super, ale pokud se v hotelu ubytuje hodně lidí najednou, tak se z něj stane trochu tlačenice, ve které se pravděpodobně nebudete cítit příjemně. Celkově milý personál. Pokoje jsou nové po rekonstrukci. Příjezdová cesta k hotelu je tak 2km dlouhý místama tankodrom, ale to není chyba hotelu, jen se na to připravte. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, amazing scenery outside even assuming that we've been there in the end of October - that brought even more fall-specific notes to the overall environment. Would like also to add that food, services and spa have been of a highest quality. Hotel as well organizes transfers from bus stations of nearby cities thus we haven't had any issue with getting there on public transport right from Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotless and tidy ambiance - exquisite. The restaurant stuff is one of the most sympathethic, I ever met. The breakfast includes all you need! I was only about the circumstance, that they do not have any sport centre/ gym, a bit confused. :)
