The ordered transport ambulance did not come at all and no one called. The dispecink was a problem to call. We had to cancel the examination. Definitely not recommended !!
P	Petr Jakušev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní služba. Seklo mi v zádech a nebyl jsem schopný sám ani slézt z postele. Přijeli pro mě velmi rychle, dva poměrně urostlý a příjemný chlapi. Naložili mne a odvezli až před ordinaci. Po cestě se mnou komunikovali a snažili se vyhnout nerovnostem na silnici. A to jen proto, že jsem musel sedět - natáhnout se zpět bylo bolestivé a bolesti se tím snažili zamezit. Já jsem velmi rád, že se o mne takhle vzorně postarali. Děkuji Perfect service. Moc dekuji posadkam sanitnich vozu za jejich ochotu pri transportu pacienta z podlazi, kde neni vytah a pruchod neni zcela idealni. I s tim si dokazi poradit. I would recommend Meditrans to anyone who needs it. Fast action, helpfulness, willingness. Ambulances are clean, maintained. Many thanks to the crews of the ambulances for their willingness to transport the patient from the floor, where there is no lift and the passage is not completely ideal. He can handle that too.

Paní na lince neříkala, že nemáte kapacitu, ona mně suše oznámila, že tam prostě nejezdíte. Volal jsem den dopředu. Podle mého názoru provozujete cherry-picking. Prostě si vybíráte jenom lukrativní zakázky. A to jsou ty, které vozí pacienty do nemocnice, protože víte, že nazpět vám nemocnice vždycky nějakého pacienta dá a budete plně vytížení. A to je pro mne neseriózní, protože nenazývate věci pravými jmény. Terrible rage. The lady on the line refused transport from FNM, stating that they have their own transport. I have a request for everything I need and you have no call. Thank you for your answer, but I do not agree with you. The lady on the line didn't say you didn't have the capacity, she told me dryly that you just didn't go there. I called the day before. In my opinion, you run cherry-picking. You just choose lucrative contracts. And these are the ones who take patients to the hospital, because you know that the hospital will always give you a patient back and you will be fully occupied. And that's frivolous for me, because you don't call things by their real names.

Mohli jsme být při jejím překladu a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Maminka je objemnější a Vaši zaměstnanci si s ní poradili bravurně. Po převozu mi ještě volali, že vše proběhlo úspěšně a bez komplikací a maminka byla předána do rukou lékařů v nymburské nemocnici. Ještě jednou velký díky. I would like to thank Meditrans s. R. O. Již pár hodin po mém prvním telefonátu pro mne vyrážela z ČR sanitka a operace tak mohla včas proběhnout. Transport byl velmi komfortní, na pohodlných nosítkách, včetně složitého polohovaní zlomeniny a chlazení. Posádka byla moc milá a profesionální, celou cestu se o mne krásně starali a léčili, během dlouhé a náročné cesty po alpských serpetinách noha vůbec nebolela. Jsem přesvědčen, že právě díky rychlému a ochotnému přistupu Ambulance Meditrans se podařilo minimalizovat následky mého úrazu. Díky moc! Already a few hours after my first phone call, an ambulance left for me from the Czech Republic, so the operation could take place in time. The transport was very comfortable, on a comfortable stretcher, including complicated fracture positioning and cooling. The crew was very nice and professional, they cared for and treated me beautifully all the way, my leg did not hurt at all during the long and demanding journey through the alpine serpet. I am convinced that thanks to the fast and willing approach of the Meditrans Ambulance, it was possible to minimize the consequences of my accident. Thanks a lot!
