M	Magdalena “Magduszka” Jerzabkowa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koncem léta jsme se s obavami s přítelkyní vydali za sluncem do Bulharska. Líbil se nám hotel Kamenec, letovisko Kiten. A nelitovali jsme. Opravdu hezká poloha hotelu na dohled moře, velmi příjemné místo, defacto hned u pláže. Ocenili jsme řadu věcí, ale ze všeho nejvíce sušák na prádlo na balkoně :-). Tak jak jsme se obávali problémů, tak nakonec vše proběhlo nadmíru hladce. V CK mi pracovnice vysvětlila postup na letišti a v hotelu. Delegátka byla během pobytu velmi příjemná, o všem informovala, vše vysvětlila a zajistila. A ten fajn pocit, že se na pláži nemusíte s nikým moc mačkat a nemusíte stát ve frontě na jídlo, prostě fantazie. Chtěli bychom jet zase. Vřele doporučujeme. Really nice location of the hotel in sight of the sea, very nice place, defacto right on the beach. We appreciated a number of things, but most of all the clothes dryer on the balcony :-). As we feared the problems, in the end everything went extremely smoothly. At the travel agency, the employee explained to me the procedure at the airport and at the hotel. The delegate was very pleasant during the stay, she informed everything, explained everything and provided everything. And the nice feeling that you don't have to squeeze too much with anyone on the beach and you don't have to stand in line for food, just fantasy. We would like to go again. Highly recommended.

Letos nám cestování komplikovala pandemie, ale přesto jsme byli s profesionálním přístupem kanceláře k celé situaci velice spokojení. Mohu tedy vřele doporučit. Hotel byl naprosto luxusní, delegáti přátelští a ochotní se vším pomoci... a co je to nejlepší, ještě nikdy jsem si dovolenou u moře tak jako letos neužila, protože nikde nebylo tolik lidí jako obvykle! Příští rok pojedeme určitě zase! Ancora and I have gone to Bulgaria several times. The hotel was absolutely luxurious, the delegates friendly and willing to help with everything ... and best of all, I have never enjoyed a holiday by the sea like this year, because there were not as many people anywhere as usual! We will definitely go again next year!
N	Natálie Soukupova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před dvěmi dny jsme se vrátily z Rhodosu, hotel Sun beach Lindos, cestovka nám podala úplně něco jiného,než jsme dostali,dle popisu se v hotelu nachází zrenovovane pokoje,my dostaly nějaké staré pokoje,které nebyly ani na fotkách,když jsme to řešily s delegatkou, nedokázala nám k tomu ani nic rict, navíc jsme ji viděly jenom jednou,poté už se neobjevila. Dále jídlo, měli jsme mít all inclusive, poté,co mi přišla smlouva o zaplacení zájezdu a podrobnější informace,jsem zjistila,ze máme light all inclusive,které jsme si nekoupily. Cestovní kancelář napsala,ze po příletu na letiště pojedeme 1h na hotel, po příletu jsme hodinu čekaly na Němce,kteří jeli s námi transferem,na hotel jsme jely 2,5hod, otřesné, popis absolutně nesedí,clovek si něco objedná a nedostane to. První a poslední dovolená s touhle cestovní kanceláři,nikdy víc. The travel agency wrote that after arrival at the airport we will go to the hotel for 1 hour, after arrival we waited for an hour for the Germans who went with us by transfer, we went to the hotel for 2.5 hours, appalling, the description absolutely does not fit, you order something and don't get it. The first and last vacation with this travel agency, never again.
P	Patrik Mokry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zájezd na Korfu do ** hotelu IONIAN Princess, kde měl být All inclusive, neposkytoval takové služby, které byly avizovány. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme cestovali i s dětmi, tak to nebylo sice až tak hrozné, poněvadž pokoje byli čisté a pravidelně uklízeny, ale stravování a občerstvení bylo opravdu slabé. Jídlo bylo téměř každý den stejné... 2-3 druhy max. Jen u snídaně mi to nevadilo, poněvadž vajíčka a slaninu miluji. Čekal jsem, že do menu budou zahrnuty mořské plody, alespoň jednou za čas, ale bohužel to se nekonalo. Kuchaře bych bez slitování vyhodil. Personál byl spíše otrávený, hlavně číšník u pláže... Celkově bych doporučoval nejezdit do tohoto hotelu. Jak hotel, tak i delegát byly super. Moc děkuju. I have been with this travel agency 8 times and always maximum satisfaction. I returned from Hurghada on Saturday and a big compliment again. Nádherné počasí, super hotel a personál. Kvalitní jídlo, nápoje. Krásných osm dní. Už se zase těším.
