Odcházím obohacen o nové vědomosti a s poctivou porcí bylinek a sypaného čaje. Nejlepší je, že to dokonce i blahodárně funguje. Velmi přátelská atmosféra, krásný obchod a především umí a chtějí i poradit. Díky! I stopped here on my way through Prague to look for some tea in this great weather. I leave enriched with new knowledge and with an honest portion of herbs and loose tea. The best thing is that it works even beneficial. Very friendly atmosphere, beautiful store and above all they can and they want to deal with. Thanks!
J	Jáchym Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super obchůdek s různými čaji a tinkturami. Vaří tady i výbornou kávu. Je to trochu mimo hlavní komunikaci, takže sem moc lidí nepřijde, což je škoda. Využívám obchod hlavně pro vyzvednutí zásilek. Super shop with various teas and tinctures. He also makes excellent coffee here. It's a bit off the main road, so not many people come here, which is a shame. I use the shop mainly to pick up shipments.

Dva týdny po obdržení emailu o přijetí objednávky jsem neměla žádné zprávy o tom, kdy objednávka dorazí. Na opakované telefonáty nikdo nereagoval. Až po odeslání emailu s dotazem na stav objednávky mi volá paní s tím, že objednávku mám dávno připravenou k vyzvednutí a email o doručení objednávky mi posílala. Na dotazy, zda by mi mohla onen email s původním datem přeposlat, si začala vymýšlet, že už ho v odeslané poště nemá a že mě v telefonu nějak špatně slyší. Chyba se stane komukoliv, objednávka byla banální - reakce zaměstnankyně byla ale vážně neprofesionální, až směšná. Namísto omluvy mi paní na telefonu dále začala vysvětlovat, v čem jsem musela udělat chybu a že jsem jim musela dát špatný email - přesto, že první email mi z obchodu došel. "Do SPAMU" mi žádný email nespadl. Při vyzvednutí na prodejně byla prodavačka taky velmi nepříjemná. Abych byla fér, obchůdek vypadal moc hezky. Unfortunately I have to join other negative reviews. An appalling experience. Two weeks after I received the order acceptance email, I had no reports of when the order would arrive. No one responded to repeated calls. Only after sending an e-mail asking about the status of the order, the lady calls me, saying that I have long been ready to pick up and sent me an e-mail about the order delivery. When asked if she could forward the e-mail with the original date, she started to think that she no longer had it in the sent mail and that she could hear me on the phone somehow. Error happens to anyone, the order was banal - but the response employee was seriously unprofessional and ridiculous. Instead of apologizing, the lady on the phone began to explain to me why I had to make a mistake and that I had to give them the wrong email - despite the first email I received from the store. "To SPAM" I didn't get any email. When picking up at the store, the saleswoman was also very uncomfortable. To be fair, the store looked very nice.

V obchodě ani noha (kromě neochotné prodavačky). Zavítejte ve 12:00 hod, když chcete být doma dřív. As sorry, but if you are upset that people will pick up your package at 5:55 pm (just before closing time), then you should not have set up a Mail Order. Not a foot in the store (except for the reluctant saleswoman). Come at 12:00 if you want to be home early.
K	Katka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr, milá obsluha, můžete i posedět a dát si čaj. Zrušila bych však zásilkovnu, vůbec se mi k tomuto klidnému prostředí nehodí. Great selection, friendly staff, you can even sit and have tea. However, I would cancel the delivery room, it does not suit me at all in this quiet environment.

We waited, perfectly happy to wait our turn and were completely ignored. No eye contact or anything to let us know we had been acknowledged. After standing around waiting for a bit with no acknowledgment, we looked around and saw a seating area in the next room. I poked in and tried to spot a bathroom (I was experiencing a time of the month emergency). I saw one but I understand bathrooms are for guests and we were absolutely going to make a purchase first. The woman working decides to finally acknowledge us by coming over and yelling at us! I apologized and said I was only looking to see if she had a bathroom and she said no! We left, happy to not waste any money in this establishment.
