today's confrontation with an annovino worker * summarizes the oversteps vs. customer * 1 foul: in mid-August 2021, two mature ladies went for 2x 2dcl of white ... worker xy (or I won't describe the person in solidarity - she will take it over) instead of pouring into glass, pouring into a jug ... already slightly naughty, or dialed out that he has extra work with it and even spilled .... 2 foul: at the end of August, a person ordered 1.5l burčák (white) classification of origin hungary, alcohol content between 4-7% stated, later found with a gauge barely 1%, burčák was very sweet, already after 2 fermentations..and no grapes, but from apples ... for this the employee of the store did not use gauges (certified-which they claim to have) but by estimation, with a gauge for the next pet a bottle where the measure was marked with a marker and a line .. the gauges were not seen in the space or elsewhere. 3 foul approx. 3 weeks ago: the customer ordered a white, cuuvé 2dcl, the worker makes warm wine and still foamy ... with a note that it is a tube..whatever ...... 4 foul today, obj. 2x 2dcl cuuvé ... the worker turns both glasses, but with a difference of 5mm! the rate for 2dcl is not marked on the glass! either it is in the middle of the shell, or on its upper or lower edge ..... in terms of gauges, a complete disaster. burčák I do not recommend. if wine then just a bottle. It's about the next chapter on customer behavior. yes, according to their order, I have sinned that I ate half a dry bun in the cellar and one salty potato chips in two today .... if I am to be exact. worker xy, every time we sat in the cellar she had min. 1 tracking way around us on the toilet, the other workers were without any problems, but ........ I will leave the rest to the assessment and opinion of others .. make the picture yourself. For me, I do not recommend this business where you do not respect customers. mmj. worker xy already worked in the branch in lbc, where she was terminated for some reason and today she works in the jbc branch ... the whole team of workers stays with her and any truth is turned around and denigrated.
