★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a little bit bigger collection of books in english if we compare with the other second hand book shops in Ostrava. Also they have books in French and German. Besides you can find some vinyl's too... Ambiance is perfect. Staff is friendly. Prices are good.

This unassuming, always welcoming place, with the characteristic door bell and B&W odor is run by modest people who do care about the region's (disappearing) history, architecture and culture. Come and ask.
(I remember for a short time, before the massive flood in 1997, there used to be a simple, quiet tearoom in the basement - though that's before Fiducia, afaik.)
