Vše probíhá tak jak má, pravidelně informují jak obchod pokračuje (potvrzení přijetí objednávky, potvrzení dostupnosti zboží, faktura resp. daňový doklad, potvrzení o odeslání zboží). Při posledním nákupu zboží dorazilo (Českou poštou) 4. den po učinění objednávky. Celkově tedy bezproblémový nákup, doporučuji. I have been shopping online several times here. Everything goes as it should, regularly inform how the trade proceeds (confirmation of receipt of order, confirmation of availability of goods, invoice or tax document, confirmation of shipment of goods). At the last purchase of the goods arrived (Czech Post) on the 4th day after placing the order. Overall, trouble-free purchase, I recommend.

Další email došel až 19.8, po měsíci. Ačkoliv tvrdíte, že 99,6 % knih máte, 2 z 5 jste nenašli. Ty ztracené knihy bych chápal (i když je to skoro půlka objednávky), ale měsíc je trochu rozdíl od týdne. I understand that there is a different situation with COVID and that you work in a limited mode ... But on July 20, 2020, I have an email that you have taken the order and that you process orders once a week. Another email arrived until August 19, after a month. Although you claim that you have 99.6% of the books, you did not find 2 out of 5. I would understand those lost books (even though it's almost half the order), but the month is a little different from the week.

Toto byl jediný, ve kterém mi řekli, ať se laskavě podívám na internet, že na takové požadavky nebudou reagovat. They process orders by e-mail once a week, which I understand with regard to the situation, but almost 3 weeks have passed and it seems that they process orders on the eighth day of the week.
