Jednak měli i knihy, které jsem sháněl a pak, opravdu když napíší stav velmi pěkný, tak je kniha opravdu jako nová. Objednávám přes web a knihy jsou dodány do 3 dnů. Už jsem nakoupil několikrát a budu stále nakupovat. Škoda jen, že u knih není krátký obsah, ale info mohu najít na googlu. :-) Za mne 100% spokojenost. Vůbec se nezabýval limitováním na kategorie, což by počet knih snížilo na 7. Horšího prodavače jsem ještě nepotkal Úprava: 1. Nevím jak vy, ale já pokud si jdu koupit knihu na určité téma, nemám za potřebí si předem najít konkrétní knihu. Kdybych chtěl konkrétní knihu, najdu si ji na internetu. Na dané téma existují knihy v desítkách. Já k vám nepřišel zakoupit předem najitou knihu, já k vám přišel porovnat nabídku a jednu si vybrat. To, že jste mi řekl, že žádnou nemáte byla neomluvitelná lež. 2. Hodně o vás vypovídá, když urážíte zákazníky, co o vás píší negativní recenze. Mně budete psát a egu a sám ani neumíte vzít kritiku. M	Martin Kolář on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem vrátit zboží nakoupené přes internetový obchod a potom se začli dít věci. Arogantní až zastrašující telefonát. OK - prodejce věděl o zásilce, volal mně až poté co přišla SMS po doručení. Dosud nedokázal vysvětlit jak se o zásilce dozvěděl. Svůj postoj v telefonátu - prohlášení na závěr "Dobře jak myslíte, dělejte si to tedy podle sebe" a zavěsil. Jeho domněnka, že by mohl být balík ve druhém Antikvariátu který je od jeho co by kamenem dohodil. A že se dá na internetu dohledat obchodníkova adresa jak ta co uvádí na svých stránkách, tak i ta co je druhý antikvariát např. na stránkách ulovknihu.cz. Pokud k omylu došlo je balík s knihami padesát metrů od něho a ten kdo balík má mu musel ten den dát vědět a nebo Česká pošta - jinak by přece vůbec nevěděl o nějakém balíku. O prodejcově aroganci je tu více než dost recenzí. Do teď peníze nemám. Přeji všem aby nákup vyšel na poprvé, protože pokud ne poznají teprve s kým mají tu čest.
