★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 7. Května jsem navštívila tuto prodejnu za účelem koupit prsten s diamantem. Přístup prodavaček byl jedním slovem katastrofa. Neustále mě posílala vydensifikovat si ruce. Prý těch prstenů mají strašně moc a určitě si nějaký vyberu. Nakonec vytáhla jedno plato, které však dala pod pultové sklo, asi abych nic neukradla? Nepochopila jsem to. Ani jeden nesplňoval požadavky, které jsem prodavačce sdělila hned na začátku. Žádný prsten mi neukázala z blízka. Nakonec mě odkázala na výlohu, kde žádný takový prsten nebyl. Vrchol všeho byl, že prodavačka odešla a přišla jiná, která mě chtěla obsloužit. Obě prodavačky nemají žádné znalosti o zboží ani o tom jak se k zákazníkovi chovat. Opravdu katastrofa. Tak jsem nakonec 20000kč utratila v jiném zlatnictví, kde se zákazníkovi umí věnovat. Tenhle obchod už nikdy. Je to ostuda!!
 Today, May 7, I visited this store in order to buy a diamond ring. The saleswomen 'approach was, in a word, a disaster. She kept sending me to desensify her hands. They say they have an awful lot of those rings and I will definitely choose one. In the end, she pulled out a tray, but put it under the counter glass so that I wouldn't steal anything? I did not get it. None of them met the requirements that I told the seller at the beginning. She didn't show me any rings up close. Eventually she referred me to a shop window where there was no such ring. The highlight was that the saleswoman left and another came to serve me. Both saleswomen have no knowledge of the goods or how to treat the customer. Really a disaster. So in the end I spent 20,000 CZK in another goldsmith's shop, where she can take care of the customer. This shop never again. It is a shame!!
