★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An und für sich ist es eine schöne Apartment Anlage. Die Lage ist zentral und obwohl es an der Straße liegt, hört man den Verkehr draussen nicht. Die Größe der Zimmer ist auch ausreichend. Es gibt auch einen seperaten Raum zum Unterstellen der Ski/Skischuhe was super ist. ABER !!!! - die Sauberkeit geht gar nicht. Angefangen im Bad wo man die Spuren der Vorgänger gesehen hat, kaputte Bettwäsche, im Wohnbereich auf dem Tisch waren klebrige Flecken von irgendwelchen Getränken und die Küchenzeile ging auch gar nicht. Schmutziges Geschirr+Gläser+Besteck+Töpfe, ...
Wir hatten incl. Frühstück, das war okay, aber es geht unheimlich eng zu in dem kleinen Restaurant. Für uns war es kein Problem, nur wer doch ein bisschen korpulenter ist, könnte es eine echte Herausforderung werden.
 In and of itself it is a nice apartment facility. The location is central and although it is on the road, you can not hear the traffic outside. The size of the room is sufficient. There is also a separate room for storing the ski / ski boots which is great. BUT !!!! - the cleanliness is not. Starting in the bathroom where you have seen the traces of the predecessor, broken sheets, in the living area on the table were sticky stains from any drinks and the kitchenette was not. Dirty dishes + glasses + cutlery + pots, ...
We had breakfast included, that was okay, but it is very tight in the small restaurant. It was not a problem for us, only those who are a bit stouter could find it a real challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo kiepskie warunki. Na 8 osob mieszkajacych w apartamencie otrzymalismy 5 kompletow pojedynczej poscieli. Łóżka pościelone sztukowanymi prześcieradłami (jak na zdjeciu). Na śniadaniu trzeba było sie przepychać łokciami bo na kilkadziesiąt osób było 14 miejsc siedzących! Jakość śniadania też bardzo kiepska. Nie wiem jakim cudem to miejsce chwali się 3 gwiazdkami ale szczerze nie polecam.
Very poor conditions. We received 5 sets of single sheets for 8 people living in the apartment. The beds are covered with stitched sheets (as in the picture). At breakfast you had to push your elbows because there were 14 seats for a few dozen people! The quality of breakfast is also very poor. I do not know how this place boasts 3 stars but I honestly do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das positive zuerst... Es war perfekt gelegen und schön warm in der Unterkunft!
Dagegen aber im Frühstücksraum kalt und das Angebot und ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterkunft für 6 Personen davon 2 Kinder war sehr herunter gekommen, viel kaputt und schmutzig! Geschirr kaputt wie auf den Fotos zu sehen!
Dreckige Gläser und Teller im Schrank, sicherlich vom Vorgänger, wie auch die Chipstüte hinter dem Bett! In der oberen Etage war die Deckenhöhe an einigen wenigen Stellen höchsten 1.50 m, das war für die Erwachsenen schwerlich sich dort wohl zu fühlen!
Nun zum katastrophalen Frühstück.. Kaffee schmeckte eher nach Wasser, an einem Tag keine Teller, keine Messer, keine Brötchen, kein Brot! Frühstückszeiten werden von den Seiten der Vermietung nicht eingehalten! Joghurt und Milch waren leer , es blieben Schinken und Käse! Man ist satt geworden, aber das könnte man auf dem Zimmer selbst besser gestalten! Somit braucht man also beim Helas kein Frühstück mit bezahlen!
Schade Schade Schade, das soll mal sehr schön und liebevoll gewesen sein...
The positive first ... It was perfectly located and nice and warm in the accommodation!
But in the breakfast room cold and the offer and left a lot to be desired. The accommodation for 6 persons of which 2 children had come down very much, much broken and dirty! Crockery broken as seen in the photos!
Dirty glasses and plates in the cupboard, certainly from the predecessor, as well as the chip bag behind the bed! On the upper floor, the ceiling height was in a few places highest 1.50 m, which was difficult for the adults to feel comfortable there!
Now to the catastrophic breakfast .. Coffee tasted more like water, in one day no plates, no knives, no bread, no bread! Breakfast times are not met by the sides of the rental! Yogurt and milk were empty, it remained ham and cheese! It has become full, but you could make it better in the room itself! So you do not need to pay for breakfast at Helas!
Too bad it's a pity, that should have been very nice and loving ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz grundsätzlich waren wir zufrieden mit dem Appartement. Es gab Kleinigkeiten die nicht ganz so gut waren, aber die mit einem netten Hinweis schnell behoben wurden. Das Frühstück war nicht unbedingt vielseitig, aber ausreichend und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Ohne es negativ zu meinen, würde ich sagen war die Unterkunft für tschechische Verhältnisse gut. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
In principle, we were satisfied with the apartment. There were little things that were not quite as good, but those with a nice hint were quickly fixed. The breakfast was not necessarily versatile, but adequate and was always refilled. Without being negative, I would say the accommodation was good for Czech conditions. I will definitely recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately very bad experience from the moment we came, which was on the 9th of March. Our room was given to somebody else, we had to wait for the staff to prepare a "spare" room for us - and during all that process the people who worked there ( a young lady in the Helas reception) was very unpleasant and even rude to us. We truly felt that we caused the place a lot of trouble by coming and paying for the room and by being nice to them. Additionally we were not informed about the parking space for the apartment and we left the cars in front of the apartment building - next day in the morning the car wheels were locked by the police - so instead of going skiing we had to call the police. Nice start. The curious thing was that no other cars had been locked but ours.( ?)
I have traveled a lot in my life - I understand that sometimes there are miscommunication and problems but to be offered no apology and kind word by the management who made the mistake in the first place , and to be shout at and shoveled around instead - that is just pure arrogance and terrible customer service. I will never recommend that place to anybody.
