Splendide et spacieux appartement en plein centre de cette petite cité bohêmienne du sud. Nous y avons séjourné quasiment une semaine du 4 au 10 Août 2019 (6 nuitées pour un prix total de 511euro). Deux chambres dont une contigüe (Un grand lit) à l'immense cuisine (avec balcon donnant sur jardinet fleuri et kiosque où locaux et badauds viennent siroter un ice coffee ou une glace tchèque (environ 20czk une "petite" qui est nettement suffisante!). Seconde chambre avec deux lits simples donnant sur rue principale pavée en zone piétonne. (Plus grande que la première). Très vaste hall d'entrée avec portes donnant sur salle d'eaux (petite baignoire) et wc (ventilation quelque peu bruyante par contre! A améliorer). Confortable salon comprenant un grand canapé d'angle style moderne et donnant lui aussi sur rue piétonne. TV (pas de satellite) ,lecteur dvd, wifi free , jeux divers de société et dépliants sur la région de Sud Bohême (Ceské Budéjovice, Pisek, Tabor, J.Hradec, Bechyné, C.Krumlov , Hluboka Nad vltavou etc). Toutes commodités et confort moderne . Seul bémol lorsque vous n'êtes ni pécheur ni trop sportif ,il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à Tyn (et honnêtement une nuit ou deux suffisent amplement pour faire le tour de la ville et tout voir !). Nous avions la chance d'être en voiture et avons pu chaque jour nous rendre dans les lieux incontournables de cette si charmant région que je parcoure depuis 25 ans !. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet appartement donc ,ceci comparé à la surface (120M2) et la localisation. Par contre nous avons payé pour une semaine et n'avons dormi que 6 nuits . Prix affiché via booking et d'autres sites entre 64 et 75e la nuitée ce qui aurait du nous couter entre 384 et 450e , HELAS nous avons payé plus de 500euros !!. QUID?

Splendid and spacious apartment in the center of this small bohemian city south. We stayed there almost a week from 4th to 10th August 2019 (6 nights for a total price of 511euro). Two bedrooms, one contiguous (a large bed) to the huge kitchen (with balcony overlooking flower garden and kiosk where locals and onlookers come to sip an ice coffee or a Czech ice cream (about 20czk a "small" which is clearly sufficient!) . Second bedroom with two single beds overlooking paved main street in pedestrian zone. (Larger than the first). Very large entrance hall with doors to bathroom (small bath) and toilet (ventilation somewhat noisy by cons! To improve). Comfortable living room with a large corner sofa modern style and also overlooking pedestrian street. TV (no satellite), DVD player, free wifi, various board games and leaflets on the South Bohemian region (Ceské Budéjovice, Pisek, Tabor, J.Hradec, Bechyné, C.Krumlov, Hluboka Nad vltavou etc.). All amenities and modern comfort. Only downside when you are neither sinful nor sporty, there is not much to do in Tyn (and honestly a night or two are enough to go around the city and see everything!). We were lucky enough to be in the car and were able to visit every day the places of this charming region that I have been traveling for 25 years! Good value for this apartment so, this compared to the surface (120M2) and location. On the other hand we paid for a week and only stayed 6 nights. Price posted via booking and other sites between 64 and 75e overnight which should have cost us between 384 and 450, HELAS we paid more than 500euros !!. QUID?
