Perfect accommodation, we had everything we needed. The sauna provided a pleasant relaxation after a trip to the source of the Elbe. Staff friendly and always smiling. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkný penzion na dobrém místě v centru Harrachova a přitom ukrytý mimo hlavní ulici. Apartmány sice menší, za to velmi útulné a čisté. Velkým plusem je velká a vytápěná lyžárna.
Nice guest house in a good location in the center of Harrachov and yet hidden off the main street. The apartments are smaller, but very cozy and clean. A big plus is the large and heated ski room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservierung und Ankunft liefen unkompliziert. Kommunikation lief hauptsächlich schriftlich mit Übersetzer, da die Hausherren kaum Englisch oder Deutsch können.
Zimmer war groß und gemütlich, Bad war super mit Dusche und Badewanne. Küche allerdings war eher unterirdisch. Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, kein passender Stöpsel für die Spüle (wir haben immer in einem großen Topf abgewaschen), klappernde Schranktüren und Schubläden und eine undichte Kühlschranktür, wodurch dieser ständig gebrummt hat.
Reservation and arrival were uncomplicated. Communication was mainly in writing with a translator, since the hosts hardly speak English or German.
Room was large and comfortable, bathroom was great with shower and bath. Kitchen, however, was rather underground. No coffee maker, no toaster, no proper sink plug (we always washed up in a large pot), rattling cupboard doors and drawers, and a leaking fridge door that kept it humming all the time.

The appartment is very comfortable. Fits perfectly to children. With a special room for little ones to play.
Cosy rooms recommended.
