H	Honzík yvča on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování zde bylo velmi přijemné. Snídaně vynikající. Ano je pravda, že čísník Vás zde i ubytuje, a ráno obslouží u snídaně, ale tím získává spíše plusová body. Dokonce mi pan čísník ráno dal ibalgin a ani se nesmál, že ho potřebuju. Myslím, že jak se lidé k obsluze chovají tak se chová obsluha k lidem. Snídani dělá paní kuchařka přímo před Vámi a bohužel NIKDO tak perfekní vajíčka neumí. The accommodation here was very pleasant. Breakfast delicious. Yes, it is true that the dial will accommodate you here, and will serve you at breakfast in the morning, but this will give you more points. Even the dialer gave me ibalgin in the morning and didn't even laugh that I needed him. I think that how people behave to operators and behaves to people. A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Číšník, co funguje jako recepční, arogantní a neprofesionální. Místo odpovědi na pozdrav, "jo, dejte mi občanku". S kufrem jsem se k baru přes množství stolů ani nedostala, musela jsem je nechat u vchodu a bála se, abych o ně nepřišla. Na otázku zda si mohu připlatit a zůstat v pokoji do odpoledne zněla úsečná arogantní odpověď "no to asi těžko", když jsem se ptala proč, abychom to nějak vyřešili, přišla jen odpověď "tady je číslo, na majitelku, zavolejte si jí,". Když jsem mu řekla, že on je personál a měl by to tedy vyřídit on, se choval, jako bych ho strašně obtěžovala a naštvaně teprv vytočil číslo. Po tomto, pro mě naprosto neprofesionálním jednání jsem vážně přemýšlela o stornu. Na mou otázku, kolik chtějí za storno mi odpovědět, že prý 100% a že jsem divná. Na to už jsem vybuchla. Na to konto zase volal majitelce, úplně mě ignoroval a prý že mi storno počítat nebudou, ale musím se rozhodnout okamžitě na místě. Když jsem řekla, že za půl hodiny se vrátím a řeknu zda pokoj beru či ne, odpověděl: "neexistuje, rozhodněte se hned teď, nebo máte smůlu". Kdyby spěchal, tak bych to ještě pochopila, ale měl tam jen 2 hosty. Před osmou hodinou ráno potkáte max. uklízečku, ale kafe v okruhu 1km je prostě nemožný sehnat. Snídani jsem nedostala, ani mě na tuto službu nikdo neupozornil. Sem už nikdy a je mi u hačadla jak moc lukrativní to tam máte!!! Waiter who works as a receptionist, arrogant and unprofessional. With my suitcase, I couldn't even get to the bar across a number of tables, I had to leave them at the entrance, afraid I wouldn't lose them. When asked if I could pay extra and stay in the room until the afternoon was a harsh, arrogant answer "well I guess it was hard" when I asked why, to sort it out, the answer came "here is the number, the owner, call her," . When I told him that he is the staff and it should therefore deal he acted as if I bothered him terribly angry, and only just dialed. After this, for me totally unprofessional negotiations, I seriously thought about the cancellation. To my question, how much do they want to cancel for me, that they say 100% and that I am weird. I already exploded. The account called the owner again, completely ignored me and said they will not count me cancellation, but I have to decide immediately on the spot. When I said that half an hour to come back and tell you whether or not to take a room, he replied, "there is, decide now, or you're out of luck." If he was in a hurry, I would understand, but he only had 2 guests. Before eight o'clock in the morning you meet a max cleaning lady, but coffee within 1km is simply impossible to get. I did not receive my breakfast, nor was anyone notified of this service. I am never here again and it is very lucrative for me!

A	A S F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great appartment to rent but do not have housekeeping but overall the place is so luxury with free wifi access also you have a kitchen with everything for people who loves to cook but obviously you buy your own grocery. One thing to mention the blonde girl who works there is very rude and disrespectful
