Amazing accommodation and great owners

Desná in the Jizera Mountains. Parking across the road in front of the cottage. Three apartments in one house. Five-bed room: room with double bed and equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), dining table + room with bunk bed and single bed. The owner's mother is present in the house, very nice and helpful. Garden with dryer, swimming pool and outdoor seating. Common room with self-service bar (for a ticket). Dog yes for extra charge. 50m (across the road) from the ski resort Černá říčka. Cozy, nice, friendly, very affordable.

1) Immediately upon arrival, we were shocked when we were told that the mother of the owner lives here. I note that there was no mention anywhere that anyone else should live with us. It's just that when I rent a cottage, I expect to be there alone. 2) The mother of the owner then constantly reminded us during our stay that she was not tidy and in fact she constantly harassed us with her presence. 3) At the beginning of our stay we were told that on Wednesday craftsmen will come to repair the bed in one of the apartments and that the owner will also come to mow the garden and clean the pool. The craftsmen arrived on Tuesday, which was not expected, so we did not let them into the apartment. The owner's mother reacted to this fact very inadequately and only made the whole situation worse. The owner actually arrived on Wednesday, not to mow and clean the pool, but to soak up in a swimsuit by the pool and sunbathe. So the lawn was uncut and chlorine poured in the pool (uncleaned, of course). 4) We were told that the stay is also suitable for our dog partners and that the land is fenced. However, upon arrival we were told again that the side plot behind the river is not part of the cottage plot, so somehow the fence was missing. So the pets had to be tied to a leash. 5) In order not to write only the bad here, the rooms were very nicely equipped and basically there was no problem, except for the detail that if you would like to come with a branch, then unfortunately their beds are basically foam. The double beds already had a quality mattress. 6) We arranged our stay through the company TOURTREND and we then filed a complaint with this company, when we were informed that the owner has the right to inspect the land, so the stay of the owner's mother was basically in order. Also her constant comments. The fence is said to be here. Basically, they said everything was fine. So our overall experience is very bad and if you are thinking about a nice week, then I definitely do not recommend it. Basically, the money was taken and thrown out the window. I'm not even talking about unnecessarily wasted vacation.
