★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very helpful and friendly even if not all can speak English. The apartments are quite new but very basic, more suitable for students or shorter term stay. Wi-Fi is very bad, sometimes even YouTube video is not loading. There were problems with ants in multiple apartments, they did invite professional services to get rid of them and it helped, but I am guessing this might be a recurring problem. The location is not too bad, there is a bus stop right outside, which can take you to the yellow metro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIEVES, RUDE "people"... I wouldn't give any star, they never gave me my deposit back (even though they said they would give me all). They are so rude and after they never answered to my messages. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to solve your long term residence problems, where the staff will help you and provide with all the necessary paperwork for the immigration police and the ministry of interior.
Clean, there's a fridge, cleaning ladies, a tub, wifi, bouldering wall ..
Only thing missing is a supermarket nearby
