P	Petra Kozáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super víkend..škoda, že jsme kvůli nemoci dcery museli opustit místo dřív..ale určitě Doporučuji, čisté, příjemné prostředí. Majitelka moc milá, vše se dalo domluvit..platila jsem přes fakturu a nebyl problém..takže za mě 5 hvězdiček. Great weekend ... it's a pity we had to leave the place earlier due to my daughter's illness ... but definitely I recommend, clean, pleasant environment. The owner is very nice, everything could be arranged..I paid via invoice and it was not a problem..so for me 5 stars.
P	Petra Dryšlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný, čistý, plně zařízený pokoj. Je vidět, že vše je nové. Velice se nám tam líbilo. Jen matrace jsou příliš měkké, ale někdo to naopak ocení :-). Mohu rozhodně doporučit. Beautiful, clean, fully furnished room. It can be seen that everything is new. We really liked it there. Only the mattresses are too soft, but someone will appreciate it :-). I can definitely recommend.

Milá paní majitelka, která nám vyšla ve všem vstříc. Určitě jsme tu nebyli naposledy. Since we were completely satisfied last year and we really liked it here, we repeated it this year and again a very great weekend. Dear lady owner, who came out to meet us in everything. We certainly weren't here for the last time.

We didn't miss anything. We were pleased with the wine as a gift. A play corner and all the necessities ready for his son.

Informační servis od "paní domácí" byl vyčerpávající.;) Blízkost mnoha turistických cílů a možností na cyklovýlet. Vybavení kuchyněk v apartmánech, dětský koutek, zamykatelná kolárna a výhled na zámek, jsou dalšími bonusy. Určitě doporučujeme! Great accommodation. The equipment and cleanliness of the rooms literally exceptional! Promo photos on the website correspond to reality. The information service from "Mrs. Housewife" was exhaustive .;) Proximity to many tourist destinations and opportunities for cycling. The kitchen equipment in the apartments, a children's corner, a lockable bike shed and a view of the castle are other bonuses. Definitely recommended!
R	Robert Sendacki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, really nightmare customer service - very arrogant lady who let us to the apparment. Not even willing to understand any of the languages we have spoken (English, German, Polish). "We are in Czech" :-/ Lack of communication was important as the apparment did not match the description at Booking unfortunatelly. 3 separate bedrooms plus living room, while in reality there were 2 separate bedrooms and two beds in the kitchen extension. No living room at all. Suprisingly ;-) the pictures were done probably intentionally - just perfectly misleading :-/ We were 3 families and we have selected one of the most expensive apartments expecting to have 3 separate bedrooms at outstanding standard. What a dissapointment! For the 2nd (not 1st) night the lady offered us additional appartament instead of 3rd bedroom. It sounded good. Unfortuntunatelly just after one night the 3rd family was forced to move to yet another the very small appartament (with 1 bed instead of 2, so they had tough holidays as they are 2 adults and 13-years kid) Last but not least - when we moved out getting our luggage out of the building she just came and - I wouldn't belive I was not there - she parked the car blocking our path to the cars. There was a lot of space around. When I have kindly requested her to move her car just a little bit, she said she did not understand me and walked away. It could be customer service guiness record, couldn't it?
