★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád bych upozornil, že paní uživatelka od 8.4. 2022 užívá dům protiprávně a odmítla mi ho předat. V současné době je na ní podána žaloba na vyklizení. Je reálné, že kdo si přes tuto skutečnost apartmán zaplatí, tak si pobyt neužije.
I would like to point out that the user since 8.4. 2022 uses the house illegally and refused to give it to me. An eviction lawsuit is currently being filed against her. It is realistic that whoever pays for the apartment despite this fact will not enjoy the stay.
