★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotná paní...byt celkem fajn,jen moc mala koupelna.Žádný fén na vlasy a bohužel s 2 dětma v druhem patře bez výtahu pro nás nevhodné.
 Helpful lady ... apartment quite nice, just a very small bathroom. No hair dryer and unfortunately with 2 children on the second floor without a lift unsuitable for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přenocovali jsme pouze jednu noc, ale zato kvalitně. Dům i garsonka jsou v moderním stylu. Bylo čisto, útulno, příjemno a všechno připraveno tak, abychom mohli bezstarostně užívat služeb ubytování. Perfektní je parkování přímo u domu. Moc se nám líbil prostorný balkón a praktická kuchyňka, která je šikovně schovaná za rohem.
Paní Stříbrná je velmi ochotná a spolehlivá.
Kdybysme nocovali více dní, tak by mi chyběla asi jedna jediná věc, a sice dveře z garsonky do chodbičky v bytě. Z domovní chodby bylo všechno slyšet dovnitř a obráceně. Jinak jsme byli opravdu spokojení.
We spent the night only one night, but well. The house and the studio are in a modern style. It was clean, cozy, pleasant and everything was prepared so that we could enjoy the services of the accommodation carefree. Parking right next to the house is perfect. We really liked the spacious balcony and the practical kitchen, which is cleverly hidden around the corner.
Mrs. Stříbrná is very helpful and reliable.
If we spent the night for more days, I would probably miss one thing, and that is the door from the studio to the hallway in the apartment. Everything could be heard in and out of the hallway. Otherwise we were really satisfied.

A private parking place is available. The Wifi is working perfectly.The hosts are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed staying in this apartment and definitely would recommend it for a stay in Hradec Kralove.. Negative: -.
