Gehobene Klasse, erstklassige topmoderne Unterkunft. Top Managerin vor Ort für die der Kunde wichtig ist. Die kennt sich total aus und beratet geduldig und mit Freude an der Arbeit. Super!!! One of the few operators in Lipno who is absolutely customer-oriented. It is a pleasure to stay there. Upmarket, first-class, ultra-modern accommodation. Top manager on site for whom the customer is important. She knows her way around and advises patiently and with pleasure in her work. Great!!!

P	Petra Hrkalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu hodnotit pobyt, protože k ubytování ani nedošlo. Při kontaktovaní rezervačního oddělení mi byla nabídnuta pro 4 os.+ 3 děti zdarma cena 10400 Kč. Paní majitelka jim prý neschválila slevu a zdražila ubytování na 12400Kc s tím ze má poslední pokoj a že cenu navýšila. Pobyt jsem zrušila, ale jelikož mi to bylo celé divné a líto tak si ten stejný apartmán rezervovala má tchýně, ale tentokrát bez dětí a cena navýšená najednou nebyla. Dostala potvrzení na 10400Kč. Bohužel to vypadá, že toto ubytování je spíše pro páry a děti zde asi moc vítané nejsou. Za mě je to od paní nefér jednání. Snad najdeme jiný pobyt kam budeme moci vyrazit i s dětmi a majitelé nám trapně nebudou cenu kvůli dětem navyšovat. Jediné za co děkuji je to, že jsem mohla rezervaci bez storno poplatku zrušit. Jinak bych tam sice jela, ale už s velkou nechutí a špatným pocitem je naše děti jim budou na obtíž. Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the stay because the accommodation did not happen. When contacting the reservation department I was offered for 4 persons + 3 children free price 10400 CZK. Mrs. owner said they did not approve of the discount and more expensive accommodation for 12400Kc with the last room and that the price increased. I canceled my stay, but because it was all weird and sorry so my mother-in-law reserved the same apartment, but this time without children and the price was not suddenly. She received confirmation for 10400Kč. Unfortunately, it seems that this accommodation is more for couples and children are not very welcome here. For me, it is unfair from the lady. Perhaps we will find another stay where we will be able to go with the children and the owners will not embarrass the price for the children. The only thing I thank for is that I could cancel the reservation without cancellation fee. Otherwise, I would go there, but with great reluctance and bad feeling, our children will be a nuisance.
P	Petra Formánková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartmány pěkné, ale zarazilo nás pár věcí. Při těchto cenách za ubytování musíte ještě vynést odpadky a umýt nádobí..?? V menším pokoji pouze malé okno vedoucí do chodby budovy a nelze ho ani otevřít..? Snídaně vcelku bez většího výběru. Bazén a wellness se nekompromisně uzavírá již ve 20 hodin (při tropickém počasí je to fakt škoda). Poslední den jsme chtěli zkusit saunu, ta se prý nahřívá několik hodin, takže smůla. Bylo by dobré na to upozornit dopředu. Asi by člověk většinu věcí přešel, ale to by musel být poměr cena/výkon o něco lepší. Apartments nice, but a few things stopped us. In a smaller room only a small window leading to the corridor of the building and it can not even be opened ..? Breakfast without a large selection. The pool and wellness are uncompromisingly closed as early as 8 pm (in tropical weather it is a pity). The last day we wanted to try the sauna, it is said to be heated for several hours, so bad luck. It would be good to point this out in advance. You would probably miss most things, but that would have to be a bit better.
T	Tereza Hrdličková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartmán velmi pěkný, čistý. Prostředí a okolí velmi příjemné. Pán na recepci byl velmi ochotný. Střecha s bazénem a výhledem naprosto nádherná! Jediná věc, co bych vytkla je fakt, že už tak k vyšší ceně za ubytování, jsme platili dalších 500 Kč za bazén, s čím bych neměla problém, pokud by neměl 18 stupňů. Za extra poplatek bych čekala alespoň trošku vyhřátý. Apartment very nice, clean. The environment and surroundings very pleasant. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful. The roof with pool and the view is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I would complain about is the fact that for the already higher price for accommodation, we paid another 500 CZK for the pool, which I would have no problem with if it was not 18 degrees. For an extra fee, I would expect at least a little warm.

In general, we were quite happy with the stay of five days Pros: - very friendly and helpful staff - this is your strength number 1; - space in the apartments; - parking space in garage; - nice, clean and handy ski room with cupboards for drying shoes!!!; - the staff arranged place for the luggage after check out. Bravo!!! Thank you; - the staff arranged the breakfast refund for the kids, who got sick one morning. Cons: - cool and too dark hallways. Some warmth and more light would make them cosier; - the breakfast next door could be much better; - missed some guidelines for recycling at the apartment; - would have appreciated the blanket or two for the cosier evenings. Maybe next time ;) Good luck!
