 Very kind in their attention, the rooms are comfortable and the location is unbeatable. However, the services can improve: The common spaces are very small and the bathrooms uncomfortable.

Servizio ottimo, camere pulite. Consigliato
In the center a few meters from the clock tower to the metro station almost in front of goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Kaprova nos surpreendeu. Primeiro pelo excelente preço tendo em vista a localização. Segundo, pela qualidade do serviço que nos ofereceram. Quartos amplos, sempre muito limpos, tendo uma moça que passa todos os dias limpando e aspirando os carpetes. Os banheiros, apesar de não ser nós quartos, são em quantidade suficiente e muito limpos. Nunca precisei esperar para usar, apesar de o hostel estar sempre em lotação máxima. Eles dispõem de uma cozinha de acesso livre, onde vc pode fazer suas refeições, caso queira. Recomendo.
Kaprova surprised us. First off for the great price given the location. Second, for the quality of service they offered us. Large rooms, always very clean, having a girl who spends every day cleaning and vacuuming the carpets. The bathrooms, despite not being us rooms, are in sufficient quantity and very clean. I never had to wait to use it, even though the hostel is always in full capacity. They have a kitchen with free access, where you can have your meals if you want. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for "Apartments" category. Great location, 50 meters from main square. Big rooms. Common WCs/bathrooms, but rather clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great personnel. Perhaps best price/quality ratio. Recommended! :)
