The locations is very good, in a quiet neighborhood, 3 min walk from the tram station (trams 22 and 25 stop there), 20 min walk to the castel and St. Vitus cathedral, 15 min walk to Petrin Tower. The kitchen has literally everything you need for cooking and it is separated from the bedroom (unlike most open-space studios), the only problem we had was with the poor wifi connection (in apartment 22). With the doors closed, the wifi in the bedroom was almost unusable (couldn't watch a video on youtube at 480p resolution). Also, the water was heated through a boiler, so if you would fill the bath tub wih hot water, you'll have to wait a while to have warm water again. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cozy place. Prices are relatively cheap. Service is nice however it is not open for too long. Kitchen is well equipped. There is very good tram connection however the apartaments are not located extremely close to the stoo. Apartaments are located very close to the castle. Very good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great and cozy place to stay in Prague. Clean, well equipped and quiet, you can leave your car in the backyatd since the tram stop is only a five minute walk and the tram takes you to the heart of the city. All in all, the place is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving it 4 stars on my first impression. Nice, clean apartments with guests from at least six different countries, looking at the license plates on the private parking lot. Still quite a walk to the centre of Prague (30-45 minutes), but you can also use taxi or Uber. Friendly reception, quiet neighbourhood so far. Let's see how the night goes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! We paid only 70€ for three people, during the busy season. Rooms are spacious and clean, with towels provided. Location is a bit away from the city center, but there is public transportation. Walking to the city center will take about 45 minutes, but you will see a lot of the city on the way. The lady at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. There was free parking, but not too many spaces. A parking problem we had was quickly resolved by the lady at the check-in. I can only recommend this place.
