P	Pavla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na poslední chvíli jsme byly přemístěni do apartmánu Victoria místo hotelu Derby, kde jsme měly být původně. Bohužel v apartmánu Victoria nebylo moc čisto, spoustu pavučin a stěny byly špinavé, flekaté. Postel byla hodně tvrdá, takže se nespalo moc dobře. Měla být dostupná i WiFi ale bohužel nefungovala. Na snídani sme musely přejít do hotelu Derby, což by nebyl až takový problém, naštěstí to není daleko, ale při příchodu na snídani sme byly opět zklamané, pár koleček šunky a sýru na talířku, v míse nějaký koláč a to bylo všechno a za takovou snídani požadují přes 200 kč! Jediná výhoda byla, že sme snídani nemusely platit dopředu. Příště už se bohužel nevrátíme. At the last minute we were moved to the Victoria Apartment instead of the Derby Hotel where we were supposed to be. Unfortunately in the apartment Victoria was not very clean, lots of cobwebs and walls were dirty, spotty. The bed was very hard, so it didn't sleep very well. WiFi should be available but unfortunately it didn't work. For breakfast we had to go to the Derby Hotel, which wouldn't be such a problem, fortunately it's not far away, but when we arrived at breakfast we were again disappointed, a few ham and cheese wheels on a saucer, some cake in a bowl and that was all and for that breakfast requires over 200 CZK! The only advantage was that we didn't have to pay breakfast in advance. Unfortunately, we won't be back next time.

Seist ratsam einen Parkplatz zu reservieren. Large apartment, well furnished near the city, unfortunately very loud, sleep is not possible here, our neighbors were active all night and very loud. T	T P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das Deluxe-Apartment gebucht. Positiv war die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Checkin war problemlos - man versteht englisch. Negativ ist, dass das Spa und die Massagen nicht mehr angeboten werden. Die Angaben auf der Homepage sind somit falsch. Das war schade, da es ein Grund war, genau dort zu buchen. Das Apartment verdient leider nicht den Namen "Deluxe". Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber alles an Geschirr und Besteck war sehr verschmutzt. Gleiches gilt für den Kühlschrank. Ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden. Weiterhin fehlt es an grundlegenden Kochutensilien. Das WLAN stammt aus einem Restaurant ein paar Häuser weiter - die Verbindungsqualität ist erbärmlich und nur aus der Küche überhaupt möglich. Der Umstand, dass dies alles dem Betreiber bekannt ist, macht es umso ärgerlicher. Reinigung des Apartment fand während des Aufenthalts nicht wie angekündigt statt. Wir würden nicht mehr buchen - die Auswahl an Alternativen in Karlsbad ist riesig. We had booked the deluxe apartment. The location in the center of Karlovy Vary was positive. Checkin was easy - you understand English. The negative is that the spa and massages are no longer offered. The information on the homepage is therefore incorrect. That was a shame as it was a reason to book right there. Unfortunately, the apartment does not deserve the name "Deluxe". The rooms are clean, but everything about dishes and cutlery was very dirty. The same applies to the refrigerator. There is no dishwasher. There is still a lack of basic cooking utensils. The WiFi comes from a restaurant a few blocks away - the connection quality is pathetic and only possible from the kitchen at all. The fact that all of this is known to the operator makes it all the more annoying. Cleaning of the apartment did not take place during the stay as advertised. We would not book anymore - the choice of alternatives in Karlovy Vary is huge.

Предложила номера разной категории и её не смутило,что мы проездом на 1 ночь и взяли самый недорогой номер! Решила вопрос с удобной парковкой для машины. Предложила завтрак,массаж. Взяли и то и другое! Посоветовала где поужинать и где погулять. Справлялась всё ли хорошо,как устроились. Номер,кстати,очень впечатлил. А массаж- настоящий,профессиональный тайский. Интерьеры и тишина в отеле вызывают просто умиротворение. Что очень важно в пути. Very helpful receptionist. She told everything, showed it on the map. She offered rooms of different categories and she was not embarrassed that we were passing through for 1 night and took the cheapest room! I solved the issue with a convenient parking for the car. Offered breakfast, massage. We took both! Advised where to dine and where to walk. Did she manage everything well, how she settled down. The room, by the way, was very impressive. And the massage is real, professional Thai. The interiors and silence in the hotel are simply pacification. Which is very important along the way.
