★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masakra! Nikomu nie polecam. Rozpadające się łóżka. Próba wyłudzania dodatkowej opłaty za check in. Okazało się, że nie ma ciepłej wody od dwóch dni i nie zostaliśmy o tym fakcie poinformowani. Oszuści. Omijać szerokim łukiem!
 Massacre! I do not recommend anyone. Crumbling beds. Attempting to obtain an additional fee for check in. It turned out that there was no hot water for two days and we were not informed of this fact. Scammers. Avoid a wide berth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejte si velký pozor na tuto osobu. Přes booking.com vůbec neobjednávejte, nejedná se přímo o tuto adresu, ale telefonní číslo je shodné. Měli jsme větší skupina rezervované ubytování a již zaplacené jízdenky do Brna a tato osoba nám ubytování týden předtím bezdůvodně stornuje, nereaguje na dotazy ani na telefon. Velice nespolehlivé. Ve výsledku ještě můžu být rád, že došlo ke zrušení před odjezdem do Brna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEN před příjezdem do Brna nám zrušili rezervaci (bezdůvodně), vymlouvají se, že to byl Booking. Po kontaktu s Bookingem zjištěno, že rezervaci zrušil hotel. Brno je samozřejmě beznadějně vyprodané (den před Animefestem) a díky tomuto profesionálnímu přístupu nemáme kde spát :) NEDOPORUČUJI
THE DAY before our arrival in Brno they canceled our reservation (for no reason), they apologize that it was Booking. After contacting the Booking, it was found that the reservation was canceled by the hotel. Brno is of course hopelessly sold out (the day before Animefest) and thanks to this professional approach we have nowhere to sleep :) I DO NOT RECOMMEND
