★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ever. The guys don't speak neither Czech nor English. Most of the time they make mistakes in calculating the prices.
Recently they calculated the prices wrongfully to a customer, putting lower prices, but then the owner started screaming to the customer saying it was her fault that the shop lost money on the fabric that was sold.
It's just a messed up place, and nothing works properly as it should. Very bad approach to the customers!
