Absolutně z nich nemůžu dostat peníze za reklamovaný šicí stroj... vleče se to od 15.2.2001... jen slibují... obrátila jsem se na ČOI... , telefon sice zvoní a automat vám hlásí kam přepojit, ale po zvolení čísla vás to hodí zase do hlavní nabídky...takže komunikace jen e-mailem a doufáte, že se někdo uráčí odpovědět....určitě NEDOPORUČUJI! 12.7.2021... stále nemám peníze ani stroj, vše řeší ČOI, zahájili s nimi řízení o mimosoudním vyrovnání, tak snad už konečně vrátí peníze! Pokud ne, jdu k soudu! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I absolutely can't get money from them for the claimed sewing machine ... it's been dragging on since February 15, 2001 ... they just promise ... I turned to the CTIA ..., the phone rings and the machine tells you where to switch, but after the election numbers put you back in the main menu ... so communication only by e-mail and you hope that someone dares to answer .... definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! 7/12/2021 ... I still don't have money or a machine, everything is handled by the CTIA, they have started proceedings with them for out-of-court settlement, so hopefully they will finally return the money! If not, I'm going to court!

Rozhodne tady nic nekupujte, došel vadný výrobek a tahanice ohledně vrácení peněz, hrůza. Tam se zastavil čas v roce 1989 I bought a coffee maker for 15 thousand. which doesn't work and I'm supposed to contact the manufacturer, top. He wants to help the CTIA otherwise I won't move with them. Never more. Definitely don't buy anything here, there is a defective product and a scramble for a refund, horror. Time stood there in 1989
H	HoOkie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžeme se jakkoliv spojit s obchodem, po emailu, tel. Postupovali jsme s reklamací podle návodu na jejich webovkách. Zboží jsme odeslali zpět. Od té doby se nic neděje. EDIT: Nakonec se povedlo s obchodem po mnoha dnech spojit a reklamovat přístroj za nový. Trvalo to ale asi měsíc We cannot contact the store in any way, by email, tel. We followed the complaint according to the instructions on their websites. We sent the goods back. Nothing has happened since then. EDIT: In the end, after many days, we managed to contact the store and claim the device for a new one. But it took about a month
L	Lukas X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem potíže s notebookem, u kterého se úplně oddělily panty. Zaslal jsem ho tedy na opravu (reklamaci) a do dvou týdnů byl zpět opravený. Zažil jsem opravdu příjemné překvapení, notebook byl jako nový, vše funguje skvěle a oprava byla zadarmo. I had a problem with a laptop that had its hinges completely detached. So I sent it for repair (complaint) and it was repaired back within two weeks. I experienced a really nice surprise, the laptop was like new, everything works great and the repair was free.
