★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyzvedávala jsem si tam pouze balík, ale pán z obsluhy byl moc ochotný a pomohl mi ho rozbalit a ještě mi vyhodil i karton, abych s ním nemusela až ke kontejneru. Takže za mě spokojenost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu hrozný servis, spotřebič celkem rychle opravili. Bohužel po jednom cyklu se opět rozbil (stejná závada). Po půl roce volání a připomínání jsem se vyřízení reklamace opravy prostě nedočkala. Pán mě sice stále krásně utěšuje, že vše vyřídíme a už nebudu nic platit, že se nějak dohodneme, ale slibem nezarmoutíš, že.... myslím že už se nedočkám.
Really terrible service, the appliance was repaired quite quickly. Unfortunately, after one cycle, it broke again (same defect). After half a year of calling and being reminded, I simply did not receive a complaint about the repair. The Lord still comforts me beautifully that we will take care of everything and I will not pay anything, that we will reach an agreement, but you will not be saddened by the promise that .... I don't think I'll see you again.
