Komunikace ze strany Aquany nulová pouze na základě opakovaných urgencí. Nakonec doručili dvě poličky a třetí dodatečně sháněli ještě další měsíc přes hlavního partnera a prodejce Sanitino. Ve finále mě Aquany "zapomněl" informovat do tom, kdy bude poslední police doručena a bez dalšího rovnou poslali po PPL. Ze strany obchodu žádná omluva nebo kompenzace. Neprofesionální a nespolehlivý přístup. Never! The delivery of the three shelves to the bathroom, which according to the information on the website were supposed to have in stock, took almost 4 months in the end. Communication from Aquana is zero only on the basis of repeated emergencies. In the end, they delivered two shelves and the third they were looking for another month through the main partner and seller Sanitino. In the final, Aquany "forgot" to inform me when the last shelf will be delivered and they sent it right after PPL. No apology or compensation from the trade. Unprofessional and unreliable approach.
