Příjemné a vstřícné chování recepce, útulná a krásná čekárna, příjemný personál a velice hezká a šikovná paní doktorka nás velmi překvapila svým osobitým a profesionálním přístupem. Vřele doporučuji !!! Kdyby byly všechny odborné kliniky a pracoviště taková, byla by to radost. :) We visited this dental workplace with the whole family for the first time. Pleasant and helpful behavior of the reception, cozy and beautiful waiting room, friendly staff and a very nice and skilful doctor surprised us with her special and professional approach. I warmly recommend !!! If all specialist clinics and workplaces were like that, it would be a pleasure. :)
P	Patrick Lovehash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, podivné praktiky, neustálé střídání ošetřujících lékařů.(navštěvoval jsem skoro pět let a každý rok se o mně staral někdo jiný) Někteří doktoři dokonce neuměli vůbec česky. Stalo se mi dokonce, že mi byl zrušen termín až když jsem dorazil na místo ze slovy, paní doktorka tu není. Skartace karty bez vašeho souhlasu a to po jednom zmeškaném hovoru. Nepořádek v archivu a vaší kartotéce, některé části záhadně zmizeli. Neustále lhaní ze strany recepce. Pochybuju že jsou členy stomatologické komory a že někteří lékaři mají dostatečnou praxi a vzdělaní k vykonávaní své profese. Časté zaměstnávaní cizinců je velmi podezřelé. A ceny jsou až o desítky procent výší než u konkurenčních ordinaci. Podán podnět k prošetření u stomatologické komory! Dávám jednu hvězdu, jenom kvůli tomu ze méně nejde. Jestli mate rádi své zdraví vyhněte se obloukem. I do not recommend, strange practices, the constant change of attending physicians (I visited for almost five years and someone else took care of me every year) Some doctors did not even speak Czech at all. It even happened to me that my appointment was canceled when I arrived at the place with the words, the doctor is not here. Shredding the card without your consent after one missed call. The clutter in the archive and your filing cabinet, some parts have mysteriously disappeared. Constantly lying by the reception. I doubt that they are members of the dental chamber and that some doctors have sufficient experience and education to practice their profession. Frequent employment of foreigners is very suspicious. And prices are up to tens of percent higher than those of competing surgeries. Initiation of an examination at the dental chamber! I give one star, just because of it, it's not possible. If you like your health, avoid the arch.

D	Dan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and friendly staff who are focused not only on providing quality care but also in making patients feel welcomed and comfortable. In addition, the office is clean and visually appealing. The amount charged was transparent as it was the same as indicated on the web page and as stated over the phone. Patient management processes such as adding a new patient into the system and arranging subsequent visits is fast, well organized and handled in a friendly manner. Patients are also given a card indicating the date and time of their next appointment to mitigate any miscommunications. Mrs. Anna-Marie Makalova, DiS took care of my teeth on this first visit. She is a nice professional young lady, who communicates fluently in English and has a easygoing "bedside manner" that helps to keep patients informed and comfortable. On my 2nd visit MDDr. Anna Krejcikova examined my teeth, took X-Rays and even immediately/quickly repaired one of my teeth. Dr. Krejcikova is professional and friendly and communicates (also fluently in English) in way that immediately puts a patient at ease. Due to my experience I will return as this is how I envision medical/dental care should be :) Thank you, Dan

T	Tours Prague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the privilege of being Dr. Anna Gerasymenko's patient for a long time. She's the most wonderful dentist. She's incredibly patient, precise and perfect. It's fascinating that I'm leaving a review for her after such a long time. But with time now I'm sure that there couldn't be a better dentist. Thank you, Dr. Gerasymenko. The clinic itself is also very good, it's perfectly clean and and has a nice and comfortable waiting room, it has never happened to me to have to wait there for long. Last but not least, the secretary of the clinic is very helpful and nice, and speaks English fluently.

So big kudos for that, I highly appreciate it. Adjusting my rating therefore and will soon book my new appointment :) I can’t rate their service, as unfortunately I never got contacted back regarding my two inquiries for an appointment. One was for accute pain and one for a normal check up. Both times I used their online “booking” system, which is not really a booking system rather than to submit an inquiry. However, I find it more than odd that not once I received an e-mail or call back (talking about 4 week time frame). That is just terrible customer service. Even if you are booked for a while, you should contact the patient back (especially for accute pain, as you do promote on your website emergency help).
