The final price of the garden according to the architect's design corresponded to the original price, which was based on comparisons with others. I appreciate the possibility of making changes to the design just before the start of implementation and minor adjustments during it. A few months ago I contacted them if they could help us reconstruct the garden pond. I asked them whether they would come to see us in order to arrange what and how much would be possible. I sent them pictures of the current state. They said yes, but they would only come by in January when they were free. When I urged it in February, they said they would contact us in a few days to make an appointment. I assured them that I would pay them even the consultation itself. Then I received an e-mail from them asking how much we would like to give for adjusting the money. I replied that it would depend on what they suggested and what we liked; that the price is substantial, but not top priority for us. And that if they want me to call them, we need to clarify this in advance. Immediately, without further explanation, they wrote that they are withdrawing from cooperation for reasons of time. I didn't know what to think about it and I wrote it to them. The answer was that we wouldn't pay; without aructuring it in any way, without suggesting a price or a rough range, without explaining what important and new they learned after months that suddenly it was a problem ... I don't understand how they can offer their services like this. In my opinion, this company is not interested in smaller, private customers and orders, from which they do not look "hungry"; this is of course her own thing, but she should say it that way, instead of fooling and pulling customers by the nose.

I was completely satisfied with Mr Lanik's professional approach. His sensitive perception and realization of the garden was absolutely in line with my expectations. Mr. Lanik is an empathetic personality who can listen to the client and at the same time bring his experience from many years of practice. I recommend to Arbosan and Mr. Lanik that everything went perfectly, in time and of course the price of the delivery corresponds to the quality that his company provides. The order was carried out in accordance with the proposal, including the implementation of stone elements. The weather was not very good during the realization, but everyone worked so that it was done within the agreed deadline. After the winter break we will continue with the next stage and again with Arbosana.
