★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel mám velice negativní zkušenost s touto prodejnou. Objednávali jsme dveře do celého RD. Prodavačka s námi sepsala objednávku dle papírového katalogu. Jedny z dveří dorazily úplně jiné - reklamovali jsme a dozvěděli jsme se, že to není jejich chyba, že dveře jsou správné. Zpětně jsme zjistili, že prodavačka při tvorbě objednávky použila již čtvrt roku neplatný katalog a v novém jsou pod stejným objednávacím číslem již dveře jiné. Navíc nám bylo řečeno, že dvoukřídlé dveře se objednávají jako 2 kusy jednokřídlých (logicky stejných), což neodpovídá novému katalogu, kde je každé křídlo jiné. Reklamace tedy zamítnuta a my máme v obývacím pokoji dveře, které jsou velmi nevzhledné a vypadají jako slepené ze zbytků materiálu - viz foto.
Unfortunately, I have a very negative experience with this store. We ordered a door to the whole house. The saleswoman wrote an order with us according to the paper catalog. One of the doors arrived completely different - we complained and learned that it was not their fault that the door was correct. In retrospect, we found out that the saleswoman had been using an invalid catalog for a quarter of a year when creating an order, and in the new one the door was different under the same order number. In addition, we were told that double-leaf doors are ordered as 2 pieces of single-leaf (logically the same), which does not correspond to the new catalog, where each leaf is different. The complaint was rejected and we have a door in the living room that is very ugly and looks like glued from the rest of the material - see photo.
