★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aréna je super, protože všichni trenéři na všech lekcích vás vedou ke zdravému pohybu. Dbají na správné provedení cviků. Nejde o klasické zvedání činek pro napumpování objemu bicepsů, ale o opravdu funkční a zdravý pohyb. Všichni trenéři, ke kterým chodím jsou moc příjemní a ochotní, se vším vždy poradí a pomohou. Prostředí Jinonické Arény je příjemné, čisté a hezké. A takhle super je i ARENA v centru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud čekáte moderní posilovnu kde si před zrcadly budete honit ego na nejnovějších strojích co cvičí za Vás, jděte jinam nebo utrpíte značné zklamání.
Tady se necvičí pro nahonění ega nebo nafouklých svalů, ale systematicky a funkčně tak aby jsme za sto let šli do hrobu bez bolesti a omezení.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiz od basic treninku jsem byla presvedcena o tom, ze jsem na spravnem miste. Zadne - makej a zvedej zeleza, ale dusledny pristup k zahrati pred treninkem, duslednost pri cviceni a opravovani provedeni cviku. Co me dale presvedcilo o rocnim clenstvi - pristup ucetniho/fakturacniho oddeleni. Pri vznikle chybe okamzita naprava, ochota a omluva! V dnesni dobe vzacnost. A pujdu-li primo k Arene v Jinocich, kam pravidelne chodim - opet sama pozitiva. Vazne nemam co vytknout a jsem za Arenu stastna. Za me jen vrele doporucuji!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but very dense gym. There is really a lot of equipment and a few roos with for different training purposes. Pure CrossFit gyms without machine. Just barbells and dumbells :)
