When my plans changed (decided to go to Finland), hotel refused to cancell without fee 60 EUR. And when my wife called to the hotel to discuss the matter, they were very rude to Her, telling they had issues with Russians before. That's outrageous! Me and my wife have a good travelling experience in Europe and we always behave politely. This hotel is making money with cancellations fees. And have a bad attitude to all Russians. -- Забронировали в этом отеле номер. При попытке обсудить отмену без штрафа (наш план путешествия поменялся), моей жене нахамил менеджер отеля. Он без повода (мы всегда общаемся вежливо) был груб с женой. Ладно там штраф. Но грубость терпеть нельзя. Не рекоммендую отель. Они открыто не любят русских и не хотят общаться по человечески. And have a bad attitude to all Russians. - Booked a room at this hotel. While trying to negotiate a cancellation without penalty (our travel plan changed), my wife got nasty by the hotel manager. He was rude to his wife for no reason (we always communicate politely). Okay, fine there. But rudeness cannot be tolerated. Wouldn't recommend the hotel. They openly dislike Russians and do not want to communicate humanly.

Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier und ich hatte das Gefühl direkt in der Wasserleitung zu liegen. Und der Nachbarshund der bis 2 Uhr Nachts das Tiefdruckgebiet anbellt kommt dann auch noch dazu. Meine Empfehlung: gute Ohropax! Service and price are great. Otherwise, sleep is hard to think of here. The walls are paper thin and I felt like I was lying right in the water pipe. And the neighbor's dog, who barks at the low-pressure area until 2 a.m., comes along too. My recommendation: good earplugs!
A	Adam Kiszewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wybieraliśmy obiekt kierując się zdjęciami, jednak pokój zdecydowanie przewyższył oczekiwania na ich podstawie powstałe. Przy stosunkowo niskiej cenie nie spodziewaliśmy się takiej wygody i przede wszystkim czystości. Pomieszczenia były bardzo czyste, przytulne i klimatyczne, na dodatek bardzo dobrze przemyślano zagospodarowanie przestrzeni. Dodatkowym atutem był fakt wydzielenia na małym balkonie miejsca do palenia, co zdecydowanie umiliło nam pobyt. Przemiły właściciel / zarządzający, z którym bez problemu porozumieliśmy się mówiąc po polsku, gdy On mówił po czesku. Opowiedział nam dokładnie o miejscach wartych odwiedzenia, mimo iż jechaliśmy samochodem wytłumaczył dokładnie jak dojechać do Starego Miasta w przypadku chęci skorzystania z komunikacji zbiorowej. Ogólnie zostaliśmy przyjęci prawie jak członkowie rodziny. Z całego serca polecam. Przy kolejnym pobycie w Pradze na pewno nie będziemy musieli już szukać. We chose the facility based on the photos, but the room definitely exceeded the expectations arising from them. At a relatively low price, we did not expect such comfort and, above all, cleanliness. The rooms were very clean, cozy and atmospheric, and the arrangement of the space was well thought out. An additional advantage was the separation of a smoking area on a small balcony, which definitely made our stay pleasant. Delightful owner / manager with whom we communicated without any problems speaking Polish, while he spoke Czech. He told us exactly about places worth visiting, even though we were driving by car, he explained exactly how to get to the Old Town if you wanted to use public transport. Overall we were welcomed almost like family members. I recommend it with all my heart. For our next stay in Prague, we will definitely not have to search anymore.

T	Tomáš Chmelař on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, cozy villa. Parking on premises. The room had a stove, fridge, and a microwave oven. Next to a bus stop. The decoration was done in 90s style, which I like. Recommend for people who like a little more character than hotels offer. Plus: I needed both a late checkin and checkout - the staff were helpful with both. Had a great time here.
