Změní Vám tarif smlouvy ani o tom nevíte, zvednou Vám zálohy a nemůžete si je snížit. Nikdo nekomunikuje. Na infolince se buďto nedovoláte a nebo Vám to zvedne paní na důchodě, která není o ničem informovaná a o čem informovaná je to Vám nemůže z nějakého důvodu sdělit.
Pokud zvažujete odběr, nedoporučuji.
Jedná se o tzv. EnergoŠmejdy.
