M	Milan Laube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel nemuzu doporucit tento obchod. Objednal jsem koncem cervence zbozi. Neco bylo skladem hned a neco melo dodaci lhutu 30 dni. Po mesici a pul jsem se pokusil obchod kontaktovat emailem na stav objednavky a dodani zbozi. To zustalo bez odezvy. Zkusil jsem to jeste jednou a pak se pokusil nekolikrat obchod kontaktovat telefonicky. Telefon ale nikdo nebere a odpoved jsem zadnou nedostal. Tohle neberu jako ferove jednani ani v dobe pred covidem ani v dobe covidu. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store. I ordered goods at the end of July. Something was in stock right away and something had a delivery time of 30 days. After a month and a half, I tried to contact the store by email about the status of the order and the delivery of the goods. That went unanswered. I tried it once more and then tried to contact the store several times by phone. But no one answers the phone and I didn't get an answer. I don't take this as a ferocious act either before or after the covid.

Máte teoretickou představu, ohledně naskladnění zboží? Učinil jsem objednávka 11.6.2021 výrobky AustriAlpin Jsem chápavý zákazník ohledně doby naskladnění v rámci covidu, ale nepovažuji za vhodné, aby byla platba možná předem, když nedokážete zaručit teoreticky termín naskladnění, případně jestli vůbec. Nemám problém si daný výrobky u vás znovu objednat jakmile budete moci přijímat dodávky zboží, ale do té doby bych chtěl požádal o vrácení již zaplacené finanční částky. O výrobky nadále stojím, jakmile je naskladníte, ozvěte se a učiním opětovnou objednávku. Děkuji Good day. Za mě absolutní spokojenost s dodaným zbožím, také jsem objednal látku která nebyla v mnou požadovaném množství skladem, bylo mi však vysvětleno kdy má zboží dojít od dodavatele a ve finále jsem byl rád že mi vůbec v takovém směšném množství daná látka byla dodána, nevím totiž, kde jinde bych ji sháněl... I am really sorry for all those who have an obsessive need to soil the ONLY haberdashery dealing with PIECES of such specific goods .... Absolute satisfaction with the delivered goods for me, I also ordered a substance that was not in stock in the amount I requested, but I was explained when the goods should come from the supplier and in the end I was glad that the substance was delivered to me in such a ridiculous amount, I do not know where else would I look for her ...
F	Frantisek Fulghum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávka zaplacená, nedodaná, telefon nikdo nikdy nezvedá, na mail jsem dostal jednu nicneříkající odpověď (že objednávka bude v pondělí-nebyla) a pak už zase bez odezvy. Na adrese v Litoměřicích je prodejna kol a jen výdejna zásilek armygalanterie. Pán od kol s tím ale údajně nemá nic moc společného. Těžko říct, jestli obchod funguje. V minulosti jsem měl objednávku bez problému,ale tentokrát nemůžu doporučit. Naštěstí jsem vyhodil jen 200kc a čas a starosti. Nedoporučuji EDIT: Objednávka nakonec po dvou týdnech dorazila a zboží v ní bylo všechno,jen u jednoho produktu v šedé místo černé barvě. Zboží je kvalitní,ale služby a komunikace téměř nulová. The goods are good, but the services and communication are almost zero. So I still do not recommend the store

Od té doby jsem několikrát zkoušel zjistit stav objednávky telefonicky nebo emailem - naprosto bez odezvy. Mám tedy stejný dotaz jako jeden z posledních recenzentů - můžete mi odpovědět, kdy a jestli vůbec se svojí objednávky dočkám? Vše bylo během objednání skladem...několikrát jsem před uzavřením objednávky kontroloval. O zboží stojím, děkuji za odpověď. 22.9. Since then, I have tried several times to check the status of the order by phone or email - completely unanswered. So I have the same question as one of the last reviewers - can you answer when and if I will receive my orders at all? Everything was in stock during the order ... Na to dostanu mail, ze stejne "neco" (ani neuvedeno co konkretne) neni skladem. Na prosbu o upresneni ci zmene objednavky zadne reakce. Telefon nikdo nezveda. 3 tydny zadna reakce. Stornovat objednavku neni mozne. Podle reakce obchodu tady si mylim ze je cas na COI. Order for about 3,500. Paid now. All goods are listed as in stock. I checked it carefully when choosing and at the expense of my original requirements. I will receive an e-mail that the same "something" (not even what exactly) is not in stock. No response to the request to clarify or change the order. Nobody answers the phone. 3 weeks no reaction. It is not possible to cancel the order. According to the trade reaction here, I think it's time for COI.
