It’s a tourist trap which also manages to trap wealthier people with money to spend, however, it doesn’t offer the quality, service, or anything else you’d expect if you’re paying MORE than what you’d pay for an equivalent in New York, London or Paris. Extremely overpriced and genuinely not very good.

Location nice, but nowhere close to the style and class pre-covid. Instead of a more fitting music, you may listen to pop music from 1980s. Absolutely not fitting. Aside that we had to wait 75mins for our Maincourse with a half-apology while the chaotic and way to young-green Waiters telling us to cut the starter ourselfs in the middle. Offering us 3x some Sorbet while sheer panic is visible in their eyes (similar to how a deer on the street looks before you crash into it). Charged still 10% service fee, for 75mins waiting for mediocre grilled fish that was more boiled than grilled. A empty shell to a once corner stone of fantastic cuisine in Eastern Europe.

Very elegant and sophisticated restaurant. Helpful and well-trained staff. Not too many things on the menu, which usually is a good thing, as the restaurant specializes on those and makes them to perfection. However, also when having not so many options on the menu, the customers expectations are quite high. We had as a started the buratta, delicious, very tasty, very bold. As main courses we had the rabbit ravioli and octopus. Both were a bit of a disappointment, the ravioli were overly salty, and the octopus was overcooked that it became quite difficult to eat. The wine which was recommended was delicious, their wine list is quite exquisite. A bit disappointed with the experience but I will give it another try, maybe it was a bad day for them then, as I truly thing is a restaurant with very good potential of being great.

We visited this restaurant with my wife for a Valentine’s day date. The interior of this restaurant is extremely well done and corresponds with its prices. So does the excellent service carried out by the well-trained staff. We had a multi-course Valentine’s day special menu and white wine to pair it with. Though it was quite expensive, it was well worth it. The food was exquisite, very well styled and served and truly delicious. I recommend trying out this restaurant for a nice dinner date. Although it is expensive, it is a worthwile experience! :)

I had dinner there with my family. Fantastic ambiance with amazing food. The sea food was very very tasty. The desserts were heaven. Highly recommend if you are looking for a special meal in Prague.

Very good service. A rich selection of wines. Wide variety of fish and seafood. Relatively expensive but I think it's worth it

Please don’t eat here. The staff are arrogant/rude, slow and don’t speak Italian or English very well (despite being an “authentic” Italian restaurant). Even if you speak Czech, I would give it a miss. This was the worst service I have ever received in Europe, let alone Prague. The food was also very average and expensive. We arrived at 7.30, after waiting to be greeted for 10 mins. We finally received menus at 7.45 and ordered at 7.50. After waiting for 55 minutes, we didn’t receive our entree (caprese - they had a type of buffalo mozzarella we wanted to try). We enquired about this to TWO various wait staff and both said they would find out. They then proceeded to not tell anyone else, or the kitchen, and serve other tables. When we asked the restaurant manager at 8.55 ( over 1 hour later) he said he would find out about it. 2 minutes later, we received both mains. The waiter said they forgot about the salad but could bring it after the meal. No apology, no offer to give the salad for free given we had waited an hour. We said don’t worry about it. We didn’t want an entree after our meal. We ordered two pastas - one frutta di mare (rigatoni) and the other was spaghetti with lobster. The pasta was cold and extremely al dente (read: uncooked). Portions were very small. I wanted to send the food back but my partner said it wasn’t worth it after the wait. My family is Italian and I have lived in Italy before and was expecting an extremely, high quality meal. The only good thing I have to say about the meal is that it was presented nicely. There was also a table of 5 men who we were receiving all the attention from waitstaff throughout the night. This table was really loud and had no regard for other customers. It was clear that the staff only cared about them. We literally had to call out to staff to get their attention to get a menu, order food or drinks. Most irritatingly, the restaurant was half empty and there was 5 serving staff on plus the restaurant manager. There was no reason for such poor service. Overall it was horrible service and below average food at a massive price tag. Try Mlynec- we ate there the night before. Similar prices, AMAZING food and excellent service. Don’t waste your money at aromi.

One of the best fish dishes ever in Prague city. Professional service, I love the fish I got, delicious. And the wine services is excellent too. But something I’m not happy about, I got introduced this monkfish first, service gone for long. After I seat there waited for 10mins he is finally back, and I been told the fish is gone… Sad. I already made my decision after his intro. If he let me order first, or let me know that this is the last one, it will be better. I am looking forward to get the fish next time.
