Unbelievable willingness and effort to help. The Hostivic heating engineer was unable to hold the floor, and Mr. Prada of Aropea immediately sought a solution and found it very quickly and operatively. In fact, he saved us the timely completion of the bathroom and perhaps a quiet Christmas :-)
