★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma nám kontrolovala a upravovala smlouvu na koupi s.r.o., zorganizovala podpis smlouvy, advokátní úschovu a přepis v obchodním rejstříku.
Co se týká smlouvy tak bylo vše ok
Co se týká přepisu v obchodním rejstříku, zde nastaly nějaké zmatky a musel jsem tak neplánovaně 2x do hk. Ale nakonec se vše tak tak stihlo.
Poté jsme řešili fakturaci za služby, která mě trochu překvapila, ale pan Slanina se k tomu postavil velice rozumně a sám nabídl slevu že služeb. Takže za nás spokojenost.
The company checked and adjusted the contract for the purchase of a s.r.o., organized the signing of the contract, the custodian's custody and the transcription in the Commercial Register.

As for the transcription in the Commercial Register, there was some confusion and I had to unplanned twice hk. But in the end everything was so successful.
Then we dealt with billing for services that surprised me a bit, but Mr. Slanina was very reasonable and offered a discount on the services himself. So for us, satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsou to profíci. Hodinová sazba sice srazí do kolen, ale oproti jiným si účtují výrazně méně hodin, takže cena je akceptovatelná. Mám pocit, že za své peníze dostanu odpovídající hodnotu.
They are pros. The hourly rate will bring to your knees, but compared to others, they charge significantly less hours, so the price is acceptable. I feel that I will get adequate value for my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podepisovala jsem zde smlouvu, neboť moje protistrana si tuto kancelář vybrala, aby je zastupovala. Když jsme si znění smlouvy odsouhlasili, navrhla jsem tři termíny podpisu, z nichž si pan advokát vybral zrovna den, kdy měl být mimo kancelář. To jsem dopředu ale nevěděla. Když jsem se pak v daný termín dostavila, při počítání smluv jsem zjistila, že chybí všechny přílohy. Protože pan advokát nebyl přítomen, aby svou chybu napravil, odmítla jsem smlouvu podepsat a požádala o nový termín podpisu. Tehdy už pan advokát přítomen byl, svou chybu svedl na asistentky, a nakonec se naštěstí podařilo smlouvu podepsat. O tom, jak se asistentky během mé první návštěvy chovaly snad radši ani nebudu psát, protože mi za ně bylo stydno. Zkrátka, po své zkušenosti konstatuji, že se jedná o absolutně neprofesionální společnost a pokud to půjde, ráda se jim vždy vyhnu obloukem.

When we agreed to the wording of the contract, I proposed three terms of signing, from which the lawyer chose the day he was supposed to be out of the office. But I didn't know that in advance. When I arrived on that date, I found out that all the attachments were missing when I counted the contracts. As the lawyer was not present to remedy his mistake, I refused to sign the contract and asked for a new signature date. By then, the lawyer had already been present, he had made his mistake to the assistants, and fortunately the contract was finally signed. Perhaps I would rather not write about the assistants during my first visit, because I felt shy for them. In short, after my experience I say that this is an absolutely unprofessional company and if I can, I will always avoid them in an arc.
