土	土屋節 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying there more than 2 weeks but there were so many troubles during my stay. I already told them so I will not write about everything but I would say this hotel is not 5 stars. They let some people do dance performing in the public area and these people were so rude. I do not know why these people even thought that they could put loud music and start partying in the corridor. You can not organize some filming if you pay for a room. People working here do their best and friendly but not well organized for the facilities during COVID restriction. I stayed here so many times, my family stayed here also but probably not anymore. Very limited breakfast. One day I requested to put a little bit more green salad but what they gave me was just paprika and tomato and cucumber which I can take from buffet. I gave 2 stars for stuffs working here but I can not say this is 5 stars hotel.
G	Georges-C Woodbridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First day of arrival we were given a room with a putrid smell, and short curtains that did not reach the floor therefor not blocking out sunlight sufficiently. Male receptionist did not even inform us that the hotel had parking available (although we knew that it wouldn't be free just like most parking in Prague). Room was cramped, water not complementary, bathroom was a bathtub with a half glass cover (I guess with the European tradition). No nespresso machine, bed was semi-hard and uncomfortable (especially for my wife). Even though they did give us another room without the smell and a little bit more spacious, our first impression was not good. The price does not match the amenities provided.
O	Odysseus son of Laertes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first unpleasant information was that there is nowhere to park. The hotel does have some parking, but it was full despite of not full occupancy. I had to park elsewhere. There is no place to leave your car for unloading baggage and ask for parking at the reception, I had to leave it on the street for couple of minutes. The hotel’s equipment and furniture is mediocre. It looks a lot better on the photos than it does in real life. I had the feeling that it is quite worn out. The breakfast does not come any close to any of the food pictures. It is a standard 3 star or substandard 4 star - sausages, eggs, cheese and ham. Anyway my recommendation is to try some other place, as I will do during my next visit of Prague.

Location and accessibility to the trains and public transport was excellant. Specially mentioned to a waiteress in Cafe Imperial. Katrina was simply the most energectic server. She is always procative and smiling all the time to.meet many customers need. Keep up the job. The front desk guys are great too. All the best to this wonderful Hotel.

O	Oonagh Monahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an executive double and were delighted with the complementary bottle of sparing wine that greeted us with a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary - such a lovely gesture! The decor was really beautiful and there was an incredibly high standard of cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel. Such comfort too. The staff were lovely, very helpful and efficient and thankfully everyone spoke English. The breakfast buffet was very good (a la carte options also available for extra cost) and the Art Deco Cafe was wonderful - such opulence! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Prague!
