★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice hotel, with a very - very friendly staff, but not so cheap overall (as we thought in the beginning..) Wonderful for a short stay in Prague. Attention: The underground parking is quite narrow. Therefore only qualified drivers should use it. Additionally, for 30 euros and something per night, you can't say that this is a low-cost parking..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here as part of a Viking Cruise in April 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was all friendly, helpful. The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is perfect.
Overall... highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a good breakfast. Value for money. If I could point out one negative then that would be that the Spa and Sauna is additionally charged if you want to go and relax.

The name speaks for itself. The place itself is indeed an art nouveau palace. Both the halls and rooms are spacious and elegant. They might look old, but are in fact well conserved and maintained.
The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast service is something they can be really proud of. Excellent service, great selection of food, including some Czech specialties. That's also important: since we were leaving evening and did not stay for another breakfast we asked the restaurant for a takeaway for our trip instead. We got very well prepared travel packets full of tasty stuff.
Would definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great hotel. Friendly staff, good beds, great shower, however you have to shower in the bath. We got a rose for our wedding anniversary, really attentive. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Only thing we did not try is a diner at the restaurant, because there's little choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Can walk to shopping and many of the amazing historic sites Prague has to offer. The rooms are clean and we appreciated the water and fruit that greeted us when we arrived. The breakfast buffet had everything you can expect at an international hotel. They even had gluten free options. The on-site restaurant had a small selection but did offer several specials. The food was very good and the service excellent. They lost a star for the tub. It's a long step up and a longer step down with no rails to hold onto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly reception, staff helpful. Good location. Clean old-fashioned basic rooms with a minibar. Functional room cleaning. A little minus the strong smell of freshener in the hotel room. Breakfast satisfied the hunger and the selection was just enough. As a big tea friend, for the hotel I would recommend purchasing small glass / porcelain pans that are gentler for brewing tea.
One young male waitress still has a little to learn about good manners. When we arrived for breakfast the second morning, this young male waitress announced as soon as we entered that breakfast had not been paid for that morning and pushed the price list into our hands like underestimated our ability to pay. Fortunately, another, clearly more experienced employee saved the situation and deeply regretted that another waiter misjudged our information and breakfast was included in the room rate. Despite the embarrassing situation, the visit was otherwise nice.

Everyone, from the staff to the manager, is very attentive, kind and helpful. The location is amazing you can walk to the attractions easily.
Breakfast buffet is superb and staff welcoming and taking us to our table and are always quick to clear tables and offer tea/coffee etc...
You can also order poached eggs or make your own omelette from the chefs there’s lots of varieties in the breakfast from gluten to non-gluten, there’s vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
There is a restaurant downstairs open to public and hotel and a spa but the spa is out of service.
It’s stylish, well-kept, super cleaned and has beautiful decorations.
Everything about this hotel is amazing what a fantastic hotel I would definitely come here again this hotel is the best in Prague.
Also try the popcorn next door there really tasty and good.
Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who wants to have a dream come true or have a fantastic time in Prague.
